Was going to chain optimally shops before going to Philip D Izaac. Realised that my previous glasses were over corrected which resulted in nauseousness for over a week before I could get used the new prescription. However the optometrist here ensured that I had the suitable prescription that allowed me to see without having any side effects. Will definitely come back here for my yearly eye exams.

I have been a regular customer at Philip D Isaac and their service is welcoming and professional However, it was Jia Ning who truly made my experience exceptional. Jia Ning attentiveness and genuine care were evident throughout my visit. She patiently checked my eyes and explained everything in a way that was easy. Her friendly demeanor and warm approach made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend Philip D Izaac for their good service and a special thanks to Jia Ning for her exceptional care and expertise.

First time visiting an Optician here in Singapore and Couldn’t be happier. Philip D Izaac provides superb clinical testing, fantastic customer service, advice, and provide onsite glazing (depending on prescription) . Walked out with a new pair of reading glasses. Can not recommend this place highly enough.

Had my specs, contact lens and regular eyes checked with Jia Ning for years. I am always amazed by the level of service that Jia Ning and her team have provided. They are all very experienced and have good knowledge of the eyes and its related topic. Strongly recommend for anyone who wants a smooth experience and professional advice to visit! They do checks on regular eye checks, Glaucoma, eye pressure etc.

Optometrist Neo Jia Ning was excellent. Very professional, highly competent and knowledgable, and super attentive and kind too. She helped address a few issues I’d been dealing with for some time with such ease and understanding; it was a great relief as she was able to pinpoint advanced eye-care solutions for me very efficiently and effectively. The staff were also very nice and helpful, providing great care and customer service overall. Will definitely be returning here for all my optometry needs going forward.

I've had strain and pains in and around my left eye for years. Made multiple visits to a myriad of opticians and a couple of ophthalmologists. None of them could help me with my issue. I chanced upon Philip D Izaac when I was seeking solutions online, and after considering their expertise and the qualifications of the optometrists, I made the decision to consult the team. I saw Mr Izaac, who was very thorough with the examination during my first visit, and explained to me clearly about the condition I have. He was very systematic with the process and assured me that I am in good hands. Fast forward a week or so later, my condition has improved significantly after using the glasses prescribed by him. To those who have been suffering from or think they might have a form of binocular vision issue, this is, in my opinion, the best place to start your journey towards a better and clearer vision.

Honestly I always scared to check my eyes bcs of everyone around me scolded me about my eyes condition, but slowly and surely this place makes me sure I'm in the right hands. Thank you so much to optometrist Jia Ning for being so patient to check my eyes and make sure I'm not too nervous to do it, explanations and instructions are very easy to understand. Also Agnes manage to understand which frame would suit me bcs I'm really fond of my old glasses, but the new one she picked really similar and suits me well so I really like it! The place vibes are also calming, very clean, cozy, Mr. Izaac and all staffs also friendly, and it is very recommended to come here!

I love the front office staff. Great advice & service plus the required experience to give the right look counsel. And yes Philip is great too. Keep it up. The Saturday office hrs are useful but can try half day on alternate weeks to force my decisions!

I visited Philip Izaac for the first time after a friend highly recommended them for lens fitting. I arrived early for my appointment, so I spent some time browsing their selection—lots of stylish brands from Germany and Japan. The team was fantastic, especially Agnes. She has a scary-good eye for picking frames that fit perfectly while still matching my style. She was engaged, helpful, and never pushy. When it came time for the eye exam, Jia Ning was incredibly professional and patient. It was hands down the most thorough exam I’ve ever had, even including an eye pressure test. Despite moving through multiple stations, everything felt smooth and unrushed. Jia Ning answered all my questions in detail, which I really appreciated. As a bonus, they even fixed the glasses I was wearing, which had been completely misaligned by a bad lens installation elsewhere. It’s rare to find a place that’s this sincere and detail-oriented!
