I've had strain and pains in and around my left eye for years. Made multiple visits to a myriad of opticians and a couple of ophthalmologists. None of them could help me with my issue. I chanced upon Philip D Izaac when I was seeking solutions online, and after considering their expertise and the qualifications of the optometrists, I made the decision to consult the team.
I saw Mr Izaac, who was very thorough with the examination during my first visit, and explained to me clearly about the condition I have. He was very systematic with the process and assured me that I am in good hands. Fast forward a week or so later, my condition has improved significantly after using the glasses prescribed by him. To those who have been suffering from or think they might have a form of binocular vision issue, this is, in my opinion, the best place to start your journey towards a better and clearer vision.

Honestly I always scared to check my eyes bcs of everyone around me scolded me about my eyes condition, but slowly and surely this place makes me sure I'm in the right hands.
Thank you so much to optometrist Jia Ning for being so patient to check my eyes and make sure I'm not too nervous to do it, explanations and instructions are very easy to understand.
Also Agnes manage to understand which frame would suit me bcs I'm really fond of my old glasses, but the new one she picked really similar and suits me well so I really like it!
The place vibes are also calming, very clean, cozy, Mr. Izaac and all staffs also friendly, and it is very recommended to come here!

I visited Philip Izaac for the first time after a friend highly recommended them for lens fitting. I arrived early for my appointment, so I spent some time browsing their selection—lots of stylish brands from Germany and Japan.
The team was fantastic, especially Agnes. She has a scary-good eye for picking frames that fit perfectly while still matching my style. She was engaged, helpful, and never pushy.
When it came time for the eye exam, Jia Ning was incredibly professional and patient. It was hands down the most thorough exam I’ve ever had, even including an eye pressure test. Despite moving through multiple stations, everything felt smooth and unrushed. Jia Ning answered all my questions in detail, which I really appreciated.
As a bonus, they even fixed the glasses I was wearing, which had been completely misaligned by a bad lens installation elsewhere.
It’s rare to find a place that’s this sincere and detail-oriented!
