Did not have a pleasant experience when I was trying to make an order yesterday. When i was making payment, i was informed that there was insufficient money in my Koi E-Wallet and had to ask a Staff on how to pay using my phone. At that moment I forgot the word ’Paynow’ and kept trying to tell her that I would like to pay using a phone app. I understand that i was holding the queue behind me, but the staff was not very helpful as well when she started getting frustrated with me and kept telling me that there is not enough money in the Koi E-wallet to make payment. Things started to get a little ugly when we argued a little and I ended with saying I would like to make a complaint about her for her attitude. The staff then took her name badge out from her apron and put it on the counter and proceeds to ask me to go ahead and make a complaint. She then ended by asking me to take my drink and said ’Go go go. As someone who is also working in the service line I understand that dealing with customers can be tough at times especially when there is difficulty understanding what the customer wants. But there was no need to be rude and shoo me away in such a manner, that does not show professionalism at all.

The best milk tea + macchiato brand for me. Whether in Singapore or Vietnam, the taste is still delicious Rcm milk tea golden bubble and macchiato lines, delicious drinks at koi thé However, this time Koi did not give a heat-retaining bag, I don't know if it's because it's in Singapore or not, but in Vietnam, Koi does not use heat-retaining bags, instead, it uses plastic wrap to keep the environment clean.

Tea is nice. Surprised they don't accept Visa/Master card though. The staff is very understanding and friendly.

I'm so sorry for this low rating but I have drank koi everywhere and sometime chocolate mood I will go for Ovaltine. But here i have the most awful Ovaltine ever.. super dilute like Ovaltine powder not enough.. I thought maybe i put too low sugar level.. nope. . The colour is always looking like muddy water (extremely diluted) whereas other outlet was much more like Ovaltine . Ohh I drink straight when I recieve not like 3 hours so don't blame me for drinking hours later .

Mingmin, Shu Man and Wai Kin at this outlet are always hard at work, very friendly and accommodating to requests. Love how they go the extra mile to provide good service. Chose to revisit this outlet multiple times bc the staff are so warm and kind :)

All very dissapointed,when we dine in the chicken not nice have something taste like a sour and also the lasagna same a bit sour and the carbonara no taste at all.wasting money we regret to eat in shakeys...its a different taste in philippines compare here not nice honestly.sorry i just honest reviews.thanks

Tried Shakeys for the first time. A little pricey for the portion in my opinion. Pizza was not bad when its hot, but got a bit hard when its slightly cooled down. Taste wise was okay, i like the garlic cheese flavour. The chicken, however, was slightly below my expectation. I prefer jolibee.

Same Taste As Shakey’s Back In The Philippines! Im so excited we have Shakey’s back! Although im honestly not a huge fan of their Pizzas but its nice to have a taste of home. The spices on the fried chicken is exactly what Shakey’s chicken should be.. salty and dry which I love. And the mojos.. addictive! Now for the negative side, I think the big issue is the pricing.. i was shocked that a fast casual pizza joint is priced even more than those gourmet pizza restaurant with far better quality. Only their “bunch of lunch” is kinda of goos value but still a little steep.. i think the price should be around $7.50 instead of $9.80. No wonder there’s literally no queue when I went and Jollibee has a pretty long queue. To be fair, service was fast (maybe because im the only person there) and the packaging is good. I think the management should seriously consider adjusting the price specially because its located in a food court and there’s a lot of better and more affordable options around.

Friends mentioned I should try this while in Singapore and I guess it's okay, but I should've ordered the normal pizza instead of the lunch set (spaghetti is good though).

R u looking for good pizza taste? Shakey's here for u in orchard mall. We ordered manager choice Large size with 2 ice tea. Taste is vary nice as we expected. 2 people already finished pizza😃 Staff is very friendly High recommend (But pls give more tissue, thanks 🙏)
