This was my first visit to the Tory Burch outlet at Wisma. I came across some Google reviews mentioning that some staff members were rude/impolite/judgy, but my experience was completely different. We were served by Izat and Razia, and they were excellent. Despite it being the first day of the new year and the outlet being quite crowded, I observed how friendly all the staff were. Izat, in particular, stood out for his politeness, even apologizing to customers for not being able to attend to them as much as he would have liked. As I already knew what I wanted to purchase, my shopping experience was hassle-free. I will definitely return to this outlet for my next bag! :)

Poor branch. Front door access from shop to street is cordoned off. I had to go all the way around and enter another shop just to visit. Assistant says door is broken. It looks unbroken, but just locked. The girls working here act pompous, and uppity. So pretentious, as if they had money. They would not be working in here, or any retail job for that matter, if they had money. The other international stores I visited had great customer service, and so I was disappointed in this so called Flagship store.

Do you know what makes a bad shopping experience? A salesperson with horrible attitude. Went to the shop on 22 Nov 2019 at around 6.30 pm to find a canvas backpack. Approached a sales assistant who was idle at that point of time to ask about it. Without smile, he just pointed at a row of badly displayed flowery backpack. Without asking me which type I was looking for, he just walked back to stand at his original spot. What's worse? He was chewing gum and did not open his mouth to speak at all. Just point to the rack like a mute. It was a horrendous experience. Dear sales assistant, if you are reading this, you know who you are. If you don't like your job, you can quit. Don't make customers feel like they have owed you something with that face and attitude.

On the website, you stated that your Orchard Singapore branch closes at 9.30pm. However, we arrived at 9.10pm today and the door is already closed. We thought we got to the wrong door and tried to go around, thus the evidence was took at 9.23pm. We wasted our trip here. And this behavior is unacceptable from a customer perspective. Please ask them to open and close at proper time. You lost a customer.

Poor service and communication received. They do not follow up with calls to remind you of your appointments or check if you are coming at all. Conducted test results were also problematic. There are many highly sought after, highly recommended doctors in Mt E that charges cheaper options and yet good service. Locating at paragon yet such a service, I'm really appalled. Definitely not returning to this anymore. Advise all to find out the charges and fees clearly before signing yourself up as they will not explain to you and will just happily charge you after. And do not expect any service recovery. Zero.

Dr motoko is gentle and calm. Provides great explanation! Delivering my 2nd child with her as well via elective c sec.

Not recommendable clinic personally. What they say is different every time in my experiences. There used to be a kind and helpful staff, but not anymore. Not so having such a good service comparing other clinics, tbh...
