Very low quality for the price paid. So what the design is and the service is good, if the leather quality is so poor?! This is my second piece from them, both equally bad! Bag surface started peeling and become sticky after barely 4-5 yrs despite occasional use n frequently maintained. I will never ever buy Tory Burch again.

On the website, you stated that your Orchard Singapore branch closes at 9.30pm. However, we arrived at 9.10pm today and the door is already closed. We thought we got to the wrong door and tried to go around, thus the evidence was took at 9.23pm. We wasted our trip here. And this behavior is unacceptable from a customer perspective. Please ask them to open and close at proper time. You lost a customer.

Poor branch. Front door access from shop to street is cordoned off. I had to go all the way around and enter another shop just to visit. Assistant says door is broken. It looks unbroken, but just locked. The girls working here act pompous, and uppity. So pretentious, as if they had money. They would not be working in here, or any retail job for that matter, if they had money. The other international stores I visited had great customer service, and so I was disappointed in this so called Flagship store.

Of all the brands I shop, Tory Burch SG has the absolute worst service. Ever since the nightmare incident at MBS in 2021 where staff basically ignored us, was too lazy to find new stock and just stood around chatting, customer service took a plunge ever since. Over the course of 1 year+, no one from Tory Burch has ever 1) replied Whatsapp 2) picked up the phone 3) answered email 4) greeted me when I walk in. In my latest visit, it looks like 90% of the team are way too young, inexperienced, timid, and chatting amongst themselves when I walked in. No one greeted me or offered help until I was about to walk out the door. Plus, I asked in an email about the sale they put up on the Tory Burch SG website but no one replied so I made my way down and there was no sale. Ridiculous especially for the prices they’re asking for. An absolute shame - beautiful designs but the operations in SG are truly worse than local SME.

Tracy helped me with my purchase. She is helpful and kind. In the end, I bought a revisable belt even though I don't really like the gold buckle but the silver was discontinued for that design. It has a 10% discount and could not resist the good buy. It also came with a 6 months warranty. Thanks Tracy for your service.

Excellent service by Edith and her male colleague ( didn’t get his name ) at the store who attended to me today. I was looking for two bags for a friend and Edith was so patient helping me to find the right pieces. I always love shopping here because they have so many wonderful bags and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making my shopping experience so pleasant! Looking forward to my next purchase!

This was my first visit to the Tory Burch outlet at Wisma. I came across some Google reviews mentioning that some staff members were rude/impolite/judgy, but my experience was completely different. We were served by Izat and Razia, and they were excellent. Despite it being the first day of the new year and the outlet being quite crowded, I observed how friendly all the staff were. Izat, in particular, stood out for his politeness, even apologizing to customers for not being able to attend to them as much as he would have liked. As I already knew what I wanted to purchase, my shopping experience was hassle-free. I will definitely return to this outlet for my next bag! :)
