Car gotten is of unsatisfactory quality. Horn is hard to press which poses a danger if there should be an emergency where I would need to use it. High beam is not functioning at all. Hard to drive in certain parts of Malaysia as it is pitch black as well as no way to warn other users. Car engine was vibrating badly even after pumping 97 premium petrol in Malaysia. Pretty uncomfortable while going back to Singapore as vibration was horrible while the car is stationary. Had to off a/c to go up the top of Genting else it will be travelling max 20km/h. Car gotten has no engine braking as L and 2 gear is not working. Quite dangerous while going downhill just by relying on brakes. GPS is not worth getting for 50 bucks. Would suggest using Google map which is more accurate.
On the plus side, I would rate car cleanliness 7/10 as the interior is relatively clean. Tyres are quite new and has good grip.
Overall, quite disappointed with the quality vs price.

First time renting cars from this company. The cars are super clean and well serviced! They provide charging wire, phone holder and cash card (of course they deduct afterwards, but it’s so convenient). Highly recommended

My car broke down on a weekend and needed a car urgently. Googled and found Exclusive Limo ＆Car Rentals which had very good reviews. It was a Sunday and luckily they still have a car for me. And indeed the service was really professional, especially they make an effort to release the car to me on a Sunday. Recommended!

Great thanks to Johnny for the fantastic car rental service. Car was in very good condition, kids loved it, he was very professional yet helpful, and this was my most pleasant experience yet with any rental company even overseas. Look him up when you need somebody dependable (which would be like ... all the time?)
