so disappointed with the service from a staff Queenie. Her attitude was cold and unwelcoming it felt like I was bothering her just by being there. I was interested in making a purchase, but her attitude completely turned me off. If you’re unhappy in your role, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. A little friendliness goes a long way, especially in retail.

Hi Pazzion management, I bought a slipper for mom, shoes still very new and she wear less than 5 times but shoe sole tackless, the shoe sole tackless almost caused her to fall down, I bring back Wisma outlet looking for help and repair, the manager there Yen Yen totally don’t want to help and open the shoe sole tackless bigger, told me is a normal case she didn’t check with repair team straight reject me and said company no solution for shoe tackless, some more ask me go outside Far East Plaza Mall find place do repair or glue by myself, straight push me away, and totally not willing to help on this case, I feel very bad experience with this outlet and manager.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service by Queenie Cheah! My daughter and I had an outstanding shopping experience at Pazzion Wisma Atria, thanks to the incredible service provided by Queenie Cheah. From the moment we walked in, Queenie was attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find what we needed. She went above and beyond by making multiple trips in and out of the store to locate the perfect shoe sizes for my daughter - her dedication was truly impressive. But what really stood out was when we needed to apply my wife's membership discount. When we ran into issues with a forgotten password and missing account details, Queenie remained calm, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She spent about 15 minutes assisting us, patiently coordinating multiple phone calls with my wife until we successfully resolved the membership issues and secured our discount. Her problem-solving skills and positive attitude turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth experience. Queenie is from Malaysia and truly represents the best of customer service - professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. She's a real gem and a credit to the Pazzion team. Highly recommend visiting this store, especially if you're fortunate enough to be served by Queenie! Will definitely be returning. Thank you, Queenie! 🙏

Dropped in for an afternoon coffee and drinks. Tried the sea salt hojicha latte. It was ok, not bad. Also had the burnt cheesecake which I enjoyed very much. The cafe is next to their retail outlet and it was a nice environment. The only thing that they should improve is about water for patrons. Most cafe offer free water which they don’t. Upon request they will say “no, but you can order tea”.

Came to Wisma outlet today to exchange shoes I bought from Taka outlet. The store is packed with people as it is a Saturday but the lady with dyed long hair (didn’t managed to get her name) assisting me was super nice and helpful! She was so patient despite the store being busy, came back the second time when I realised I didn’t keep the extra crystals when i purchased it the first time. There was a long line, but she assisted me quickly and with a smile. So glad I met a kind and helpful staff like her 👍🏻 thank you ☺️

I had a great experience with Sylvester Ng, the shop assistant at this store. I went in wanting to use a voucher, but it turned out I was at the wrong outlet. Sylvester was extremely helpful — he patiently checked if the shoes I wanted were available in the current shopping mall and even verified whether my voucher could be used. He went the extra mile by giving me clear directions to the correct outlet so I wouldn’t waste time. Really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness! Excellent customer service — thank you, Sylvester!
