Motoko Clinic For Women at Paragon Medical provides comprehensive women's health care under the personal oversight of Dr. Motoko Yeo, a highly experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist with over three decades of medical practice. Located at #11-13/14 (290 Orchard Road) and operating Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm, the clinic has served Singapore women since Dr Yeo established her private practice in 2000 after a decade at Singapore General Hospital.
The clinic's service philosophy centres on continuity of care, with every patient personally overseen by Dr Yeo herself rather than rotating through multiple practitioners—an approach that builds trust and ensures comprehensive understanding of each patient's medical history. Her extensive experience in the O&G sector, spanning practice since 1990, brings depth of knowledge across the full spectrum of women's health concerns from routine gynaecological care through complex obstetric cases and fertility challenges.
The comprehensive service menu addresses three main pillars of women's health. Obstetrics services guide patients through pregnancy's entirety—from initial confirmation and prenatal testing through childbirth planning and post-delivery care, with Dr Yeo providing the full range of scans, tests, and treatments required throughout the journey. Gynaecology services encompass preventive screening including pap smears, diagnostic investigations, and treatment for various conditions affecting women's reproductive health.
The infertility specialisation includes ovulation cycle determination and investigations to identify factors preventing conception, with Dr Yeo undertaking most diagnostics and screenings at the clinic itself. When surgical intervention becomes necessary, procedures are performed at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore's largest private hospital. Contact (65) 6838 5366 to schedule consultations.

Patience, Empathy, Professionalism are basic traits of a Specialist Doctor, yet non of these were shown. I’ve never come across such an Impatient, Rude, Insulting doctor. Being female doctor, there was also zero gentleness, scan was done so roughly, I cringed at her every movement, she also needed to put on and down her glasses, I wonder if she can really see clearly after all. Don’t be fooled by the Japanese name, thinking u are going to see a nice pleasant sweet female doctor, it’s NOT at all. Never judge a book by its cover, be very wise. I left feeling very insulted, traumatized and shocked by such behavior of a doctor.

Poor service and communication received. They do not follow up with calls to remind you of your appointments or check if you are coming at all. Conducted test results were also problematic. There are many highly sought after, highly recommended doctors in Mt E that charges cheaper options and yet good service. Locating at paragon yet such a service, I'm really appalled. Definitely not returning to this anymore. Advise all to find out the charges and fees clearly before signing yourself up as they will not explain to you and will just happily charge you after. And do not expect any service recovery. Zero.

Very poor emotional intelligence from a doctor. Would not recommend any prospective mothers to be treated by Dr.Motoko.

Not recommendable clinic personally.
What they say is different every time in my experiences.
There used to be a kind and helpful staff, but not anymore.
Not so having such a good service comparing other clinics, tbh...

Poor customer service and administrative support from staff, appointment was delay by 50 mins with no heads up and no apology, one staff even cited that an earlier case caused the delay but that was irrelevant. Doctor was alright.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic throughout my pregnancy. The staff are professional, kind, and attentive. Motoko-sensei explains everything clearly and takes time to answer all my questions. Highly recommended for prenatal care.

My little one was safely delivered by Dr. Motoko in March 2020. I really enjoyed the smooth and seamless appointments, the friendly and great service provided by the reception staff. I received very patient care advice when I collected my medication and when its my usual review. It's a mainly Japanese clientele clinic so the service is top-notch, very discreet and gentle. Compared to my first delivery at a public hospital, Dr. Motoko and her team of staff nurses shows extreme care and finesse when conducting the regular checks, so I was never in discomfort or pain. Will definitely be back (if I am lucky to have #3!)

Counter staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr Motoko is very patient and meticulous in explaining the procedure to us. Waiting time is 15-20 minutes, which is considered very short compared to previous clinics!
