I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received during my visit to this store. The 2staff who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered great suggestions and made the entire shopping experience a pleasure. Excellent work, great customer service and professional attitude. 🫡 Can’t help it but to purchase 6 different shoes with a great deal.

They have a classy bunch of retail professionals here. We were there Thursday, 22 August 2024, at about 4,45pm to see if we could find what we needed as compared to Pedro in Bali. The staff were immensely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and educated. Spoke very well and we ended up purchasing more than we expected. Somehow the brand has hit the sweet spot with not just with its high quality merchandise, but the young people they hire. And not just in Singapore but in Bali too. Well trained proper service and terrific personalities. Not hard sell but sincere enticement toward their products. Keep it up Pedro! And thank you to the staff at 313 we are sure we will see you again!

Dishonest outlet. was told shoe was out of stock and that they have new pair in ion outlet. sales person say they can do delivery. was told to receive friday but ended up didnt receive at all. before purchase i told them if there is no new pair , i would not purchase it. sales person told me they have new in other outlet and would arrange delivery. saturday night then receive but shoe came as used pair. now for nothing i have to travel down to other outlet to get it exchange which is just adding more inconvenience.

Great customer service and some really unique pieces. There’s something for every budget. Bought my wife’s engagement ring from here, and will come back if there’s ever a need for another!

I was just randomly passing by the Daughters shop the other day. I swore to myself "I'll be back one day to get a ring for my random sweetheart." A random piece of advice though - don't stand outside the shop staring in for a prolonged period, because people thought i was gonna rob the shop.
