I had a bright blue ballpoint pen mark on my white bag, they removed it entirely, the mark is gone as if it never existed. This is a magical shop, I’m amazed, love the work they did!

They cleaned a pair of shoes I thought was beyond repair. Wonderful service and very friendly. Highly recommend.

My go to place to have my bags cleaned and coated. Good service and owners have pride in work and their passion for leather, bags, and all things luxury is evident in the quality of their work.

1. It is rare to find this service on a Sun. Almost all others are closed. 2. Brought my wife's 2 bags. 1 new and 1 that she uses daily. 3. Very professional front desk lady suggests no need to clean new bag. Just do their special HD coating to protect the bag lambskin leather against water stain and dirt penetration. 4. The older bag definitely to clean its interior lining and external canvas cum leather and to add HD too. Its my wife favorite old but goody bag ! She can't bear to let it go ! The useful suggestions fully agreed ! 5. She collected both bags about a week later. 6. And now months on, both bags are still in good conditions with her extra care and usage she subsequently learnt from the very helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff. 7. She will definitely return with her other bags and shoes to clean and color touch up and restore them to newer and presentable conditions ! 8. Thank you Colorwash. You truly are a saviour to any lady who are bags and shoes lover ! 9. Hmm...now I am thinking of bringing my wallets, leather belts and golf shoes to seek your advice and service !

I really like this little milk tea and dessert spot. My only wish is that the dessert cup came with a creamer pack—it tasted a bit dry, and a splash of creamer or milk would make it perfect. They also offer a membership stamp card, so if you’re in SG for a few days and love bubble tea, it’s worth picking one up!

I must be very disappointed and disgusted for me to write this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COLORWASH. I would like to share my bad experience. I bought the 6 bag voucher on 24 Oct 2021. When I went on 12 Mar 2022 for my last 2 washes, the Korean lady at the counter in Mandarin Gallery refused to take in my 2 bags as I don’t have the voucher. Her reason : someone else could pick up the voucher and have 2 washes. I asked her if she could see in the system that this voucher is left with 2 redemptions, she replied she could. She could also see my name and contact that I purchased the vouchers. I told her since your system can show these information which means after these 2 washes, it would show that it’s fully redeemed. And even if someone picks up, it cannot be used. I also showed her a photo of my receipt. She continued to insist that it is their policy. What kind of era is it now that you have technology but you insist on paper. Even though I told her that I have supported their business from first day when it was a single outlet till now multiple outlets in a few countries, she never react at all which means my customer loyalty over the years does not mean anything to her at all. I felt truly cheated. In fact, I went back twice later when I was in mandarin gallery., to enquire if there is something can be done. The other girls like GG who worked there fully understood my situation but because the Korean lady is the boss, they are unable to help me. In the past, I have also recommended my friends who have used Colorwash upon my recommendation. I have also told them to stop going. Given how badly they treat customers, I do not recommend anyone to patronise Colorwash, nor buy the 6 bag package. There are definitely many other bag cleaning shops who can do a good or better job with very decent customer service.

OMG! Unbelievable!! Their service is SUPER SUPER FAST! If you need your fav bag to be fixed quickly so you can use it!! This is the place!! I love it that they still send you a fact sheet of the product they use and the usage explanation. Additionally, they will not force feed you a package but allow you to decide the service you prefer. I have asked this before and I will ask again! Please share your promotions with me k!!! Very professionally done, Lady Boss really sincere and take pride in her work. Super humble lady.
