Initially my thoughts about coming to the clinic were incredibly dubious, as I hadn’t really had any positive experiences with private physiotherapists in the past. Most times, heeding their advice was generally not efficacious in itself, and it was also not very helpful having superficial relationships with them. Thus, when I was recommended to Dr Ben by my own specialist after suffering a torn ATFL (sports injury) from an ankle twist, my expectations were typically unchanged. However, this was definitely not the case with Atlas Physiotherapy. Dr Ben was an exceedingly well-rounded and outgoing physiotherapist; he was easily able to extend his knowledge to my issues whilst making sure I felt comfortable every time. Especially since he does similar sports to myself and can understand the risks involved, he can effortlessly make the information highly dissolvable and largely more susceptible for me. Being able to sometimes relate self-anecdotal experiences and explain the logic of certain exercises and how it works, is definitely a very different take to other physiotherapists that I have been to, such as that of public hospitals, that I was going to concurrently whilst consulting Dr Ben. More than just that, Dr Ben also demonstrates the ability to narrow down specific exercises catered in resolving your issues in the most primed and effective manner. Every once in a while, there will be a clash in judgement between the advice I have gotten from Dr Ben and my public physiotherapist, and personally speaking, Dr Ben’s advice always result in a more beneficial and observable positive difference as compared to other physiotherapists. Overall, my journey to recovery was definitely a bumpy road but with the help of Atlas and Dr Ben, it was definitely much easier.

So pushy, I bought products 3 years ago and I regret it so much. It is way too expensive for what you got. They "offer" you a facial to make you come back, to push you even more. You better buy less expensive and more natural products and looking for good dermatologists on YouTube.

This store has probably the fakest sales woman you'll ever meet. Just because I'm Chinese she keeps using "hai mai hai mai" expression on me as if trying to build rapport *rolls eyes* and tried to get on my side by praising the color of my shirt. Seriously does this tactic still work nowadays? Do they think customers are that gullible. Just stay away from this store seriously

Please educate your staffs basic manners to approach leads or screen them before your hires. Whether if I am wearing a 500K diamond or a big fake stone has absolutely nothing to do with her, especially when I’m not even patronising your store (313, 1:25pm, of Indian/European descent). She should mind her own business or think about the kind of culture we have here in SG. Such rude & coarse person, an extreme taint to your brand reputation. We are in Singapore, civilised, not some barbaric cave.

09/03/18 at somerset 313 : As said before, extremely rude and pushy staff. Even more shocking, they're mocking or talking badly about people not hearing them or saying no.

Extremely rude staff that stands outside, extremely pushy and makes snide remarks at anyone who says no. With such staff, what does it say about the company?

(Where's the negative-star option?) Rude, pushy and very hostile (Eastern European) staff, high-pressure sales tactics. Extremely uncooperative when asked for aftersales info (for refund), was outright lied to regarding the company's contact information. Staff turned hostile and even threatened to call for police, magically calmed down when the police arrived (I called). (Local) lady who identified herself as manager of company was also very condescending to customer, even with company/sales staff at fault. Need I say more?
