Rude, pushy and very hostile (Eastern European) staff, high-pressure sales tactics.
Extremely uncooperative when asked for aftersales info (for refund), was outright lied to regarding the company's contact information.
Staff turned hostile and even threatened to call for police, magically calmed down when the police arrived (I called).
(Local) lady who identified herself as manager of company was also very condescending to customer, even with company/sales staff at fault.

Please educate your staffs basic manners to approach leads or screen them before your hires. Whether if I am wearing a 500K diamond or a big fake stone has absolutely nothing to do with her, especially when I’m not even patronising your store (313, 1:25pm, of Indian/European descent). She should mind her own business or think about the kind of culture we have here in SG. Such rude & coarse person, an extreme taint to your brand reputation. We are in Singapore, civilised, not some barbaric cave.

So pushy, I bought products 3 years ago and I regret it so much. It is way too expensive for what you got. They "offer" you a facial to make you come back, to push you even more.
You better buy less expensive and more natural products and looking for good dermatologists on YouTube.

This store has probably the fakest sales woman you'll ever meet. Just because I'm Chinese she keeps using "hai mai hai mai" expression on me as if trying to build rapport *rolls eyes* and tried to get on my side by praising the color of my shirt. Seriously does this tactic still work nowadays? Do they think customers are that gullible. Just stay away from this store seriously
