On Wednesday, my 5 months old baby was diagnosed with a very serious heart condition in kk. We searched everywhere to find the most trusted cardiologist for a second opinion and found very good review on Google for this clinic. In the morning, my husband rushed down to kk to retrieve the medical report, hoping that we will find some light at the end of the dark tunnel. We went down to the clinic and had the consultation by Dr Wong, she checked the medical history of my baby and chit chat about the condition which he's having. To my surprise, she didn't even take a look at the medical report from KK, neither explain to us about the findings, but went on and introduced about all the vitamins my baby needs to take to build up his immunity. With the condition that my baby is having, I would feel more grateful if she could take a look at the medical report and explained to us what is her view and knowledge on that instead of marketing for her vitamins. She then ordered an echo again on my baby which I felt uncomfortable to go ahead. The overall experience was totally disappointed and I did not get any useful medical advice for my baby's condition.

Dr wong has such a lovely way with kids.

my grand daughter was having very high fever of 40 degrees and was told to come down to see her in the late afternoon on that day. When we got there, she informed us that she has rush off for an urgent meeting and she refused to see my grand daughter despite us pleading with her to see my grand daughter since we had already arrived. such attitude in doctors are a definite no no and i would not recommend anyone to her clinic.

I went to buy clothes from sozo one in bugis street but it ended up not being in my style and when I returned Li Jie really helped me with the refund process, making it quick and fast with it immediately being seen in my bank account while some other companies would take a few days to return my money and it might not even be returned, I needed to rush off for a dinner and she made it so simple for me and even messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm my refund with the receipt attached in a photo!! Her customer service is really good and efficient, would highly recommend coming to sozo one at bugis street for her help with anything!!❤️❤️

absolutely horrible when we went to the nursing room. both cubicles have extremely loud clanging noises of the pipes from the washroom next door. thin plaster walls makes the sound even louder from the echo.

It used to be good, but recently the baby changing room has become very dirty and smelly. I was changing my little one on the mat when I suddenly saw a few small cockroaches crawling out from underneath it. I was in complete disbelief and disgusted-quickly grabbed my LO and rushed to another washroom to finish changing. Really disappointing, especially for a place that parents rely on for cleanliness and safety.

Visited their nursing room and was impressed on how bright and cheery it was. There were separating nursing room with power outlets inside, made it suitable for pumping. There was hot and cold water dispenser nearby diaper changing station as well. Glad that there was an intercom phone, where staff would ask the purpose of using the parents room to prevent random people coming in while parents are doing baby duty.
