Bad service. Especialy the pink hair ill manneref staff. So unkept. Untidy. No service n carry a sour face.Went there with colleaque n she wants to try n no one waited outside to help her zip up. I went in to see she was struggling zipping up. Y no one help you n yet the staff heard but with no sction. Sigh. Like a vase standing there... 😁Ask question no reply. Sad..Bussiness so bad n yet no service. Better not visit cause thry dont look friendly. Thumps down. Oh just saw bad review below ... Sad.

After shopping around for weeks, my husnand and I finally decided to buy some of our large furnitures from Actus Hause. Excellent quality and variety of solid wood desk, bed frames, beside table. Their furnitures are functional, low maintenance and understated. Owner Andrew and his wife (who also runs Atomi) has been in the business for close to a decade and had very deep knowledge about the quality of wood. My husband and I went to their showroom at mandarin gallery and made our selection through a catalogue. We bought about 11 items and every single one came in excellent condition. We live in a high humidity area, in this time wood from other brands have shown signs of stress. After 6months of using the furnitures, I can truly attest to the promise of high-quality of items from Actus hause as the items has withstood moisture and scratches. It was a great investment, I only wish I had decided to buy more from them at the beginning!

The quality and range of furniture here is amazing. My wife and I decided to get a dining set from here and it was a wonderful experience. From getting advice and tips from the store manager on wood type, colour and even styling advice for our new home. The dining set arrived on time and it was just as expected. Super high quality and made in Japan, I can see this set lasting us for many years to come. We’ve received so many compliments from guests who visit. Highly recommend!

went today just to look see and ended up buying black boots. the manager (assumed based on attire) was v nice and walked to a diff outlet to get my size. he also got me to sign up for membership so i can get discount!

I bought fews items from pedro... The quality, and value for money is the best.. The shoes so comfortable n simple design n light...enjoy wearing it. The men hand bags also very beautiful n simple design. Definitely recommended to anyone.. I will come to Singapore in the future shop more items for this brand. From Australia Sydney.

Visited the store this afternoon and experience a bad service from a male & lady staff. No hi at all and busy talking to each other. I chose to walk out the store and go to ION outlet to get the things I need. Would recommend to go ION outlet as the staffs there were much better.

Extremely pleased with the warm and professional service offered by Leslie(who was wearing the trainee tag) at the Wisma Atria outlet today. He was polite and well-poised even though he needed to serve multiple customers during dinner time. Well done, both Leslie and Pedro’s trainers!
