I bought a dress for $179 and they gave a cheap plastic bag instead of a paper bag. So unglam.

Bad service. Especialy the pink hair ill manneref staff. So unkept. Untidy. No service n carry a sour face.Went there with colleaque n she wants to try n no one waited outside to help her zip up. I went in to see she was struggling zipping up. Y no one help you n yet the staff heard but with no sction. Sigh. Like a vase standing there... 😁Ask question no reply. Sad..Bussiness so bad n yet no service. Better not visit cause thry dont look friendly. Thumps down. Oh just saw bad review below ... Sad.

Good shop if you're looking for an outfit for a party, cocktail, or occasion. They sell a decent range of accessories, bags, and shoes at a reasonable price. They often have sales.

I’ve had a bone to pick with this store for a while now. Twas a lovely day for shopping, my friend and I were exploring Singapore’s bountiful Orchard Road. We came upon Forever New and were pleased with the wide selection of classy clothing. All was well until i went into the change room to try on a few things. While I was changing, a staff member pulled open my curtain. Luckily I was clothed, but there was no question if the room was occupied. When the woman saw me she didn’t apologise and just walked away, not even bothering to close the curtain. This was a blatant intrusion of privacy, and I have approached the store with caution. I do feel most of the staff were doing a wonderful job but I couldn’t let this incident go unreported.
