I just completed MRI with Lifescan. I cannot thank enough all the staffs at MRI imaging center, helping me to overcome claustrophobia, especially Nurse Elina. She held my hand the entire process giving me assurance and confidence completing the scan. Words cannot describe how much thankful am I to meet her! Thank you very much for the team! Kudos and well done for doing for more than extra for your patient 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had a great experience at Lifescan Imaging. The service was smooth and professional from start to finish. Patricia at the reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming — she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly. Her kind and reassuring attitude really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free visit

Came here to do an MRI. When asked to verify my particulars on the sticker, I was shocked to find my NRIC information entered wrongly. The sequence of the numeric was wrong and even the alphabet was wrong. Furthermore, my drug allergy information was also left out. These are the most important information attached to a patient and I wonder how such a careless mistake at the registration can be made. To make the situation worse, there was not an apology from the staff after I pointed out the mistakes! Attitude of the staff from the registration counter to the payment counter were generally aloof. Overall it was a lousy experience at Lifescan Paragon!

First time here, where a rheumatologist referred this place to have my mom’s MRI and Xray taken. We used to do these at Mount E in the past where it was more convenient because the doctor was in the same building. Place is at the lobby C, not easily found though. Quite a few personnel in charge on the MRI area-about 5 people according to my mom; but no one seemed to care to assist a patient up to the machine and down from the machine afterwards. We were not told whether we will get the soft copy of the imaging with a cd or usb. The reports were sent via email but the imaging photos cannot be opened. Thus the next day I had to stop over again to ask for the file, although I received the written report by email. The front desk reception named Karen was friendly amd helpful, where she gave me 2 ways of accessing the MRI files. My suggestion: if it is possible to get an Imaging reports done in Indonesia, better, coz the price is 3x here. Doctors in Singapore now do not object to look at Indonesian imaging reports, not like in the past where they insisted that Indonesia patients to retake the tests.

I got my pair here the male employee with golden hair greeted me kindly when i got into the shop he also helped me to find my shoe size and helped me to try and fit my feet inside the shoes and he also gave a really satisfying customer care thank you leballpark definitely would revisit here

Very disappointed with the service, when I'm rushing because you know they closing by 9:30(online hours) and when you came 8:50pm they telling you can not go in and close. If you guys don't want any sales better close earlier and adjust your online timing. Regular guest before, not anymore!

Worst customer service ever. Apparently alot of customer complain about the Malay lady but she is still working there.

Bad service. Love the shoes and price was reasonable. However, staff show 0% in serving me. Disappointed.
