Came here to do an MRI. When asked to verify my particulars on the sticker, I was shocked to find my NRIC information entered wrongly. The sequence of the numeric was wrong and even the alphabet was wrong. Furthermore, my drug allergy information was also left out. These are the most important information attached to a patient and I wonder how such a careless mistake at the registration can be made. To make the situation worse, there was not an apology from the staff after I pointed out the mistakes! Attitude of the staff from the registration counter to the payment counter were generally aloof. Overall it was a lousy experience at Lifescan Paragon!
