My mother has been a patient of Dr Tan since 2022 , he has been very patient , carefully explaining the situation and the many solutions to my Mom’s Condition and most importantly a professional in this field of DVT and Varises.. When I was there, both sales personnel were engaged. One finally attended to me but was not helpful at all. Definitely experienced better customer service at Laneige elsewhere. Would not return for the poor level of service, even though I am a member. Plenty of other counters to give my business to.

Waited outside for the place to open at 10am. At 10.15am, all the lights were on but the sales person remained in the back of the store and did not open the doors. Unprofessional.

I've been patronising the Wisma store which is very clean and well kept, and I even brought my friends here to try out products. The staff are all very helpful, especially Thy who went out of the way to find out our needs to recommend products. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Thank you Thy!!!

I got the Laneige Sleeping Mask, and it provides moisture to the skin all night. It hydrates and leaves the skin feeling soft and refreshed by morning. It's the best sleeping mask I've ever tried.
