Always a good experience & I always walk out happy. I have this bag in a few colours and wanted black as my next one. It was on 45% discount today making it $238 & there was a new piece! Staff was very patient & helpful too! Their bags are of good leather quality. Strap length is adjustable too via the turn locks at the side. Will continue to support!
