He took the time to understand my son’s needs, explained the differences between the models, and made sure we picked the right size and fit. Went to Decathlon to get a pair of sunglasses for trekking. Not only are the prices very affordable, the service is highly commendable. A very friendly & helpful staff named Coach 1 advised me on the various features. He recommended me a pair of cool sunglasses that his Decathlon colleague wore for hiking & found it surprisingly good for a pair that cost less than $10! Thank-you, Coach 1!

Moon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me in trying on multiple tops and hats and made suggestions based on my preferences. Thank you! I can’t speak to the quality of the items but I will update after wearing. In terms of directions: take MTR Exit 2 at Orchard Rd. then go down 2 floors, it will be on your left after the sweet smell of cookies!

Brought my children for a scooter trial, and Coach 1 was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to patiently explain the products in detail and went beyond just teaching scooter skills — he also shared important values with the children, such as confidence, safety, and respect. We truly appreciated his dedication and positive attitude.

Lau is an amazing service crew from decathlon Orchard, he tried his very maximum to help me in all ways and he was very helpful and professional patiently find different ways to help me out even though I asked him to repair something not related to bikes and scooter but he still happy to help me. I was at Decathlon Orchard on 26/12/25 night with my wife and daughter looking for some 'serious' winter stuffs. We needed some professional advice. We were glad we were served by Ms Gokila. She was super friendly, super knowledgeable with the products and forthcoming with advices, and super friendly. Apparently, she is 'in a league of her own' as no fewer than 4 staff whom I enquired with refer me to her 'as the lady in blue'. ;) I hope she keeps up her positive spirit and brings great shopping experience to customers at Decathlon Orchard!
