Been there for spa session for few years. I must say they are the best I have been to. Due to Amore spa only cater for female, I had the chance to visit other spa establishments for couple deals. I can safely say none of the other places can compare to Amore! 1. Amore's front desk staff are the best! no hard selling, always smiley and will message to remind me my appointment. Due to work, sometimes I wouldn't visit for months and they will message me to check on me. I love them! 2. Security: only therapist and staff have the access to the spa area. it is separated from the gym area. 3. Atmosphere: the spa area is dim with soft music that relax your mind once you entered 4. Locker and changing room: unlike some of the spa I visited, Amore have changing room and each of us are assigned with a locker and slippers so we can safely keep our bags and clothes in. other spa that i visited will ask me to change in the room and lie down on my stomach and when the therapist enter, technically everyone outside that just nice walk pass can see before the door is closed, which is kind of disturbing even though i have a towel on me. Amore eliminate that as therapist will enter the room with me while I'm in my robe. 5. Individual shower in room: each room is equipped with a solo shower so going in after wrap and scrub is simple and fuss free! 6. Therapist: they are all so professional and awesome! they understand my needs and will cater accordingly for the session. 7. Package: I signed for package few years ago and since there are too many sessions, I was allowed to share it with my mum! the flexibility it awesome! Overall, I got nothing but good words for Amore! <3

Have been with this PS spa for years. Enjoy the quality service, ambience and cleanliness. Thank you Connie for the consistently relaxing and rejuvenating treatments! And also Angeline, Veronica and Jamie for always being warm and patient at the front desk.

Amore SPA is nice! First time here and had Mimi as my therapist. She made me feel so refreshed after the massage - wish it was longer! Veronica at the front desk is lovely, she helped me with my booking and had a good chat with her.

Paid $45 for 5 sessions (student price). Took a popping basics class by Rachel 5 months ago at the TP branch. Was an absolute beginner and she was kind enough to take some time off the class to show me the moves and correct me. Would recommend for beginners that want to pick up dance!

Have been using Amore SPA for a very long time…think more than 20 years… already lost count!!! Always and only desire to be served by Sammi for massage and facial. She knows what to do and when to do the best for me!!!❤️❤️❤️ Reception services are excellent especially Veronica 👍👍👍 and Angeline 🙏🙏🙏 Hope to continue to enjoy such great service from Amore 😊😊😊

Been with Amore for years and stayed on because the staff (especially front counter Veronica and therapist Choco) are really friendly, warm and deliver good service. Always feel welcomed coming here and relaxed by the end of the treatment session. Rooms are always clean and pleasant too!

Spa Ambience is great. Front counter Veronica & Angeline will never forget all our appointments always remind us in advance. Service is excellent Facial therapist Sammi is always very considerate with our skin conditions. Body therapist Ivy always does a great job on me. Keep up the good work Plaza Sing Spa. 加油

Have been visiting their spa for several years now. Great service at the front desk and the spa rooms! Want to thank Veronica and Ivy for their great service! They are friendly and take extra care to provide a good experience! Really nice!

Want to warn others about them. They are very nice to you when it comes to renewing your package but the after sales customer service is clearly absent. Had changed a class to an earlier class because I arrived early instead of waiting for a later class which the system had automatically put me on as I was waitlisted. They were prompt to offer to take the latter booking off but never acted on it. This impacts me because I am not on an unlimited package but on a per entry basis and every booking reduces my entries. This isn’t the first time as they also ‘forget to act on it’ for a previous occasion. So be careful about what they promise you. Secondly, the maintenance of their bathrooms has much to be improved when the floor in the shower rooms are slippery due to accumulation of algae.
