Want to warn others about them. They are very nice to you when it comes to renewing your package but the after sales customer service is clearly absent. Had changed a class to an earlier class because I arrived early instead of waiting for a later class which the system had automatically put me on as I was waitlisted. They were prompt to offer to take the latter booking off but never acted on it. This impacts me because I am not on an unlimited package but on a per entry basis and every booking reduces my entries. This isn’t the first time as they also ‘forget to act on it’ for a previous occasion. So be careful about what they promise you. Secondly, the maintenance of their bathrooms has much to be improved when the floor in the shower rooms are slippery due to accumulation of algae.
