I had an exceptional experience at Watch Palace. The selection of Rolex and Tudor watches was impressive, and the store had a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service provided by Fabian. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping my dad find the perfect timepiece. His expertise made the entire process seamless, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. In the end, I manage to get one rolex watch for dad and another Tudor watch for mum! Happy parents = Happy Son If you're looking for a Rolex and want top-tier customer service, I highly recommend Watch Palace and Fabian!

I have been thinking about getting my grail timepiece and walked into watch palace without much expectations. Joshua was great and explained the availability of the different configurations. I ended up getting 2 beautiful watches on the day itself. Will definitely continue buying from him in future.

Passed by the boutique and decided to enter to look for a watch for my fiancee. Was assisted by Fabian who greeted us warmly and served us some chocolates and water. Although the watches we wanted were not available, we managed to try some other watches and was also pleased at Fabian’s attention to detail (he even brought out coasters as we were drinking iced drinks). Thank you Fabian for the excellent service today!

I just gave birth two months ago, and my husband wanted to get me a push present. We visited Watch Palace and were attended by Fabien Liew, who made us feel very at ease. After seeing a few lovely options, we brought home a beautiful Lady-Datejust with star diamond markers! While joking that our baby is too young for chocolate, we were surprised with a penguin plushie for him—a sweet and thoughtful touch that made us feel he was part of the moment too. Thank you, Fabien and Watch Palace, for making this such a special and heartwarming memory as our little family grows. We’re so glad to have the Crown—something truly special to mark this life milestone.

I walked into the shop hoping to pick up a timepiece for my wife’s birthday. Joshua was very hospitable and welcoming, brought me in and chatted and discussed about the requirements. Despite not managing to buy a desired watch, I had a pleasant experience learning more about Rolexes from Joshua. Weeks later, Joshua informed me that he managed to allocate a suitable timepiece to me - a task which was no mean feat because of the tight timeline. It was a beautiful timepiece, and I am very thankful to Joshua for his effort and hospitality.

Great experience purchasing my first Rolex at Watch Palace. I was attended to by Torrance during my initial visit and we got to talking about watches. His passion with watches was immediately apparent and so we spent a good bit of time talking about the hobby. Torrance was also very responsive throughout the whole journey and also managed to accommodate me even after I was late to my appointment (apologies again!). All in all an excellent buying experience with Watch Palace. If (or when) i get the itch again, i already know who to approach!

2021 Visited Watch Palace and was served by Torrance. We had a fantastic conversation about watches and he assisted me to my first Tudor watch - a Black Bay 58. 5 Dec 2025 Torrance has since retired and referred me to Samuel. I visited Watch Palace to meet Samuel face to face and had a lovely chat with him about watches. I also took the opportunity to share with him my interest list for Rolex and he said he'll try his best to assist. 19 Dec 2025 I am very happy to be allocated the Explorer I 36mm by Samuel. My first every Rolex and hopefully many more to come. I highly recommend anyone to look for Samuel when they visit Watch Palace. The sales staff there are all very welcoming and professional!

Came by with a group of friends and got to use 3 deals on Burpple which made this meal so worth! The food itself is pretty good - we got the Caesar Salad ($12) and Sweet Potato Fries ($12) to start and both of them were so delicious and highly addictive, really recommend! For pasta, we chose the Bacon Gnocchi ($24) and Seafood Aglio Olio ($24). Personally, I did not prefer the doughiness of the gnocchi but to each their own right? Aglio olio was decent, not outstanding, but I did appreciate the freshness and plumpness of the shrimp and squid. As for the pizza, we had the Hawaiian ($23) and Four Cheese ($23). Both were alright, couldn't quite remember how they tasted after but I'm not really a fan of pizza so don't take my word for it. Overall, with Burpple, this made for a value-for-money meal!

Enjoyed my dinner at Picolino! The Hawaiian pizza and Bacon Gnocchi were really good! Hawaiian pizza was a balance of sweet and salty. The pizza crust was doughy and not hard! Bacon Gnocchi was creamy and delicious 🤤 Staffs were friendly too!
