Bright and spanking new, this Wingstop outlet can't be beat on location and since it's relatively newer, it's cleaner and more spacious but it's such a pity that it doesn't offer the most satisfactory fry-up. Our serving of boneless wings here featured more white breast meat than the regular thigh meat. A big no-no in our book cos we much prefer the latter since it yields a juicier, tender bite. What was meant to be a junk fest turned out to possess too much "healthy" vibes, no thanks to the dryer cut of meat. The Cajun and Voodoo fries, on the other hand, were exemplary in portion size and spice level. Crisp and moreish they were! A little saving grace :) So it was a mixed big in all... Certainly not the worst outlet on the island but we won't be rushing back here for our fix of fried wings anytime soon.

Nice staff and new clean outlet fast service. As someone else said, wings weren’t hot. Was asked to order online, no problem, however don’t force me to enter contact info for a guest order. It’s rude. P.S. don’t bother spamming the phone number and email I input in, they weren’t real.

Multiple fun flavours to choose from, I got the hot honey and kecap manis flavours, personally liked the kecap manis one. Waited for 30 mins for my takeout.

Ordered pick up today around 5.30pm, paid for extra ranch ($1.00) and voodoo fries ($2.50), after i left realised halfway they forgot to put the extra ranch so i had to go all the way back to get it. When i went home and opened the box, i got curly fries instead of voodoo fries, but still got charged for the full amount. Absolutely unbelievable 😠

Very nicely renovated space. The service was great as it was my first time coming here and unsure of what to order. The lady at the counter was kind and patient enough to explain and tell me how it works and gave me her recommendations! Been a while since I’ve met a nice service person! Good job 👍🏻

loved the chicken it's freshly fried with the perfect amount of seasoning 😍 the fried mushrooms were my fav side dish as they were especially juicy!! voodoo fries were great too but got salty after a while. The service becomes rly slow when the crowd is bigger....

Excellent location — very close to Orchard Road, possibly the closest Wingstop to it. Service was noticeably better than other branches, perhaps because we visited on a quieter evening. Food was served fairly quickly. The Voodoo Fries were on point! The boneless wings were decent but felt like they were missing a little something. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely eat here again if I were staying near Orchard Road. The outlet itself is also slightly more spacious than others, which made for a more comfortable visit.

When I ordered, the estimated waiting time was less than 15 minutes. After 28 minutes, I’m still waiting for my food. My queue was skipped. The staff told me that they are still preparing my - it is just 8 pieces of boneless chicken. People who ordered after me already got their food. Update: still haven’t got my food after 30 minutes. Three people who came after already got their food. Update 2: Eventually got the food after 40 minutes. When I ordered at the cashier, they said less than 15 minutes waiting time. When I got the food, I gave a chance for the staff to explain and they said they had to re-cook as they close the shop at 10pm… BUT I ORDERED MY FOOD AT 9:06pm!!!!!!!! Got my food at 9:46pm!!!! My lesson learned, do not order food here after 9pm and don’t ever come back here again.
