Sadly, this place has long lost its glory. Who still remembers coming here for sake sushi back in 1999? There used to be sneaker shops bustling with people checking out the latest shoes. Push carts back then was in trend too. Unfortunately, it is what it is. 🥹 …

What happened??? My drop by experience yesterday was a farcry from its former glory - the sad state of many brick and mortar establishments that do not innovate fast enough with changing modern appetites.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, there was a staff named Jeff who seemed to be new and there was a female staff guiding her and she was extremely helpful and also didn’t fail to put a smile on mine and other customers faces! The food is amazing as always. Didn’t manage to get the Female Staff’s name as she only gave out Jeff’s name for the review 👍 Hope to see her again when I come back!

In picture: hot honey rub, Louisiana rub, mushroom fritters. Vicky was sweet as the cashier 👍🏻 cleanliness overall ok except underneath the table could use regular cleaning cos it gets dirty easily

Ordered pick up today around 5.30pm, paid for extra ranch ($1.00) and voodoo fries ($2.50), after i left realised halfway they forgot to put the extra ranch so i had to go all the way back to get it. When i went home and opened the box, i got curly fries instead of voodoo fries, but still got charged for the full amount. Absolutely unbelievable 😠

Multiple fun flavours to choose from, I got the hot honey and kecap manis flavours, personally liked the kecap manis one. Waited for 30 mins for my takeout.

Excellent location — very close to Orchard Road, possibly the closest Wingstop to it. Service was noticeably better than other branches, perhaps because we visited on a quieter evening. Food was served fairly quickly. The Voodoo Fries were on point! The boneless wings were decent but felt like they were missing a little something. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely eat here again if I were staying near Orchard Road. The outlet itself is also slightly more spacious than others, which made for a more comfortable visit.
TLC Is In The House
Bright and spanking new, this Wingstop outlet can't be beat on location and since it's relatively newer, it's cleaner and more spacious but it's such a pity that it doesn't offer the most satisfactory fry-up. Our serving of boneless wings here featured more white breast meat than the regular thigh meat. A big no-no in our book cos we much prefer the latter since it yields a juicier, tender bite. What was meant to be a junk fest turned out to possess too much "healthy" vibes, no thanks to the dryer cut of meat. The Cajun and Voodoo fries, on the other hand, were exemplary in portion size and spice level. Crisp and moreish they were! A little saving grace :) So it was a mixed big in all... Certainly not the worst outlet on the island but we won't be rushing back here for our fix of fried wings anytime soon.
