Came on a weekday lunchtime to collect a gift here- it was a breeze! Just a minute at most it takes to verify and claim the gift. No queue at all. Bring your own carrier as gift items are given without a bag. Save the earth! Look for “Food Street” signage to get to this location, it’s easy to get lost here between the old and new building extension.

Worst place to redeem, no signage no direction, shop nbr sudden jumps. Had to try comb to find more than 30mins with a child in tow. By time we managed locate it was abt 15min pass closing time with a queue still present but staff not willing to even be flexi. We are close you just have to.come back despite our explanation we be away and we had hard time locating shop. Fyi, it is hiding right at the back of CP, either you cut through the car park drive way or the back door else you need take escalator down then go till end and up again.

Went here to collect a credit card fulfilment reward. There was a long Q at the Short Q to get the reward, mostly due to the manual processing of all the rewards. They still work with manually going through a printed list matching IC against names. The staff were efficient nevertheless. There could be some technology used here to save customers time. I went at almost the closing time and still had to wait 15-20 minutes and I can’t imagine the queue during peak hours.

Quick and friendly service by the staff. Went down during off-peak period on a weekday. There still was a queue (not too long) and collection was settled within 15mins. Shop can be hard to locate but I did spot some general signage directions which led me there without much issue.

Went on a Saturday afternoon about 5pm. Q was super long till outside the building. But that’s not all, the Q outside is right next to a smoking box. Got to endure the smoke while the Q slowly moves😡. Super duper unhealthy. I see some people covering their noses and some of them even have red noses. Not sure if it’s the location or system that makes the collection so in efficient. The “Short Q” is so ironic. Maybe there could be other such collection points so as to disperse the crowd.

Difficult to find this store as it's not in the main building. Gotta go down to basement, walk further back before going back up to level 1. A very small store with so many things and boxes. Redemption process was long, looked like there were so many things to key in to system. When finally received my item, I asked to confirm if I got the correct item. The male staff showed me the form by shoving it really close to my face and said, "Can see? Can see? Can see?" Utterly rude which he didn't have to be. Understand the day might be long and hard, but not an excuse to be straight up rude in his actions. Try doing that to a guy your size, see if you dare.

Name of the company should be revised to Long Q…. The Q is so long it’s snaking out the door…. There’s only one Q for all redemptions and only 2 counter staff. Efficiency is seriously lacking. Staff was polite enough to answer queries but I could hear his helpless resignation in his voice. Tempted to give 1 star but 1 extra star for helpless staff. But they can do more to change the system they are dealt with. It’s all still very manual. They have long printed lists of names and IC numbers then they flip the stack of papers to find or use like excel sheet. That’s why it’s quite slow. If you have a choice of gift redemption or cash voucher, do not choose gift redemption. The time wasted Q-ing isn’t worth it. Credit card companies must be nuts to choose this service provider with such poor reviews…. Doesn’t it hurt your own brand reputation?

Inefficient. Only 1 staff attending to customers. More staff lifting boxes and chatting outside the shop than attending to customers. Staff lacks confidence, needs to find the right balance in being careful and efficiency - she manually counted 3 times, then asked a backroom colleague to count 1 time, and then asked the customer to count 1 time.

I went to Short Q to collect my luggages. It was closed at that time (8.00pm already). One of the staff politely (didn’t take note of the name) approached me and mentioned that the shop was closed. I was really upset as I worked on Saturday til 7pm. Surprisingly I was accepted to collect the luggages. Second time to collect items at Short Q. First time was Monopoli. Service also not bad sia even with long queue at that time. Still acceptable and worth for the waiting.

Im last customer in the q last nite. A super nice short-hair guy was busy packing but took time out, used his trolly to help me load all 8 big boxes at the main road. Would like to thank him for the extra mile but he refused to accept a token of appreciation. Superb service level! Company please take note! 🙏 …
