Been wanting to visit this branch since its newly opened. Nice spacious area. The food is as nice as the one at Heeren outlet. However, the manager is quite unfriendly. His face was so grumpy and gave an unwelcomed vibe. Good thing is the service staff is nice and friendly. Unlikely to visit this place again although I like the quiet ambience here.

Love the food here! Muslim friendly for sure (theres a hijabi working here) the creamy truffle mushroom pasta is not the muak kind! We ordered a lot but i think per person $30 enough liao

Cozy little place. Food is decent and quite a big serving. Staff is friendly and observant: offered to take photo for us when he spotted us taking our own pic. Morning crowd is rather thin so it makes a good spot to have breakfast.

My first visit was two years ago after receiving a birthday gift voucher. The massage was a very positive experience, and I’ve continued to use their lymphatic massage service ever since. Ms. Rita is highly experienced, explains each step clearly, and makes the treatment very relaxing. I’ve had no problems with their services and would definitely recommend them.

Ernest service and customer-oriented is my impression with Elements. We booked the couple massage + onsen promotion. I feel bad about this, but we arrived late due to traffic but I was able to communicate to Elements via What's app and their responds are very prompt and assuring. I enjoyed my massage and onsen time with Elements. Great ambience and no hard-selling.

Had a good experience here. Took up Couple Koyamaki Onsen on 21/11 The staff are welcoming upon arrival. First we went for the massage and the masseur had good technique and then follow by private onsen, it’s well maintain on cleanliness. At the end of the session there’s tea serve by them.

Was gifted the Signature Couple Koyamaki Onsen and we had a good time there. Staffs was friendly and no hard sell after our session. Massage and onsen was very shiok! Will go back to try other type of massage another day :)

Brought my husband for a birthday spa experience, the temperature of the onsen was great, it was hot enough. The steam room works well and I like that there is water provided inside the private onsen room. We were then escorted to our couple room for massage session. My massage bed was heated, the massage was good too. Highly recommended.

Therapists are experienced and well-trained. Clean and comfortable environment, value for money if you buy spa packages for treatments. Tried their Onsen spa, meridian flush massages, and aroma oil massages, quite good and relaxing 8/10. Like that, their Onsen is private with shower facilities, massage room is separated in another room although Onsen in a small room. Will try their facials one of the days. Sales staff at this branch may share or ask if you want to get packages but not pushy like their ion branch that totally turn me off.

Greeted by staff upin arrival and was very patient to explain the procedures. The onsen spa was thoroughly enjoyed and the massage was smoothing n relaxing. Highly recommended
