We tried a 2-hr couple massage. Started with a good back scrub, followed by an hour of relaxing massage & 40mins of onsen. Place is clean and pretty conducive. Masseurs skills are not bad, although i think mine can be improved. I have requested for Deep for massage strength level but it was not good enough for me. The private onsen room is decently spacious and comfortable with an attached shower area. Overall, a pleasant experience worth trying.

Had a one-hour massage and a 40-minute onsen session. The place was clean and pleasant. Especially impressed with the cleanliness and feel of the onsen room. They thoughtfully provided amenities including towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps, combs, cotton buds, cotton pads, hair dryer and a in-room water dispenser. Hope they maintain it well down the road cos mouldy bath areas and/or unclean onsen tub certainly would spoil the entire experience. Best ending to the experience? The staff did not even try asking me to sign up for any package. This alone warrants a return trip!

The masseur had great strength and technique, and the private onsen was super nice — very relaxing and clean.
A few small things could make it even better: having some soft background music and mood lighting would really set the vibe. It’d also help if there’s a small chair in the onsen room for guests to sit when putting on shoes.
Staff could also be a bit more welcoming — maybe greet guests and explain what to expect during the spa session. And it’d be awesome if there’s a small lounge area after the treatment with tea or snacks to cool off and unwind.
Overall, still a really nice experience — just a few tweaks away from perfect!

Wonderful experience at Elements Wellness Centrepoint. The staff were very friendly, environment relaxing. Masseuse was also professional and good. Love their onsen too. We had a wonderful couple spa time there. Will go again.
