The staff damn rude idk if she had a bad day or what but no need to be so bitchy lah

Tea is nice. Surprised they don't accept Visa/Master card though. The staff is very understanding and friendly.

The best milk tea + macchiato brand for me. Whether in Singapore or Vietnam, the taste is still delicious Rcm milk tea golden bubble and macchiato lines, delicious drinks at koi thé However, this time Koi did not give a heat-retaining bag, I don't know if it's because it's in Singapore or not, but in Vietnam, Koi does not use heat-retaining bags, instead, it uses plastic wrap to keep the environment clean.

I'm so sorry for this low rating but I have drank koi everywhere and sometime chocolate mood I will go for Ovaltine. But here i have the most awful Ovaltine ever.. super dilute like Ovaltine powder not enough.. I thought maybe i put too low sugar level.. nope. . The colour is always looking like muddy water (extremely diluted) whereas other outlet was much more like Ovaltine . Ohh I drink straight when I recieve not like 3 hours so don't blame me for drinking hours later .

Did not have a pleasant experience when I was trying to make an order yesterday. When i was making payment, i was informed that there was insufficient money in my Koi E-Wallet and had to ask a Staff on how to pay using my phone. At that moment I forgot the word ’Paynow’ and kept trying to tell her that I would like to pay using a phone app. I understand that i was holding the queue behind me, but the staff was not very helpful as well when she started getting frustrated with me and kept telling me that there is not enough money in the Koi E-wallet to make payment. Things started to get a little ugly when we argued a little and I ended with saying I would like to make a complaint about her for her attitude. The staff then took her name badge out from her apron and put it on the counter and proceeds to ask me to go ahead and make a complaint. She then ended by asking me to take my drink and said ’Go go go. As someone who is also working in the service line I understand that dealing with customers can be tough at times especially when there is difficulty understanding what the customer wants. But there was no need to be rude and shoo me away in such a manner, that does not show professionalism at all.

Damn rude staff ( the girl with tattoo on her right arm). I was the only customer then and yet she so reluctant to served me, maybe because I interrupt her and another staff chit chatting. Black face and impatient tone throughout. Banging on the pots and cup. Will never ever buy from this outlet again.

Mingmin, Shu Man and Wai Kin at this outlet are always hard at work, very friendly and accommodating to requests. Love how they go the extra mile to provide good service. Chose to revisit this outlet multiple times bc the staff are so warm and kind :)

Shuang Li done a good massage for me . Highly recommend.

Shuang Li and Pei Ling is very good therapists for facial and Tcm massage. I highly recommend spacio Centrepoint and their good customer service :)

Got a Chinese masseuse, and with just 1 touch, she exclaimed, “哇 好硬啊！” I was like yeah (duh why else would I come for a massage), then she started to talk about my back being uneven etc. 10 min into the massage, a salesperson came in to offer a free herbal oil and free baguan and some promotional pitch talk. Wasn't interested but wondering if this is acceptable? Coming in to hard sell when the customer is naked and vulnerable. The massage, for an hour, was only on the back (did not ask me to turn around for the front). Strength was poor and I did not bother to tell her to increase her strength as her hands were already shaking for that little pressure, showing it's not skill but brute force. Her attitude was also quite poor at the start and she was pretty hostile until I chatted with her a bit and she softened. After the massage they tried to sell me but I was quite insistent on not buying and the receptionist changed her expression immediately when I walked out of the small room with a firm no.
