KOI Thé serves premium Taiwanese bubble tea at The Centrepoint basement level, continuing a tradition that began when the brand first arrived in Singapore in 2007. Established in Taichung, Taiwan in 2006, KOI has built recognition for high-quality tea beverages prepared with freshly brewed tea and premium ingredients rather than powdered mixes.
The signature golden pearls distinguish KOI from competitors, offering characteristic bounciness and a golden sheen that customers have come to expect. The menu spans milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty drinks developed to balance authentic Taiwanese flavours with local preferences. Each beverage is prepared to order, with customisable sugar and ice levels accommodating individual tastes.
Located at #B1-K2 The Centrepoint operating from 11am to 10pm daily, this KOI outlet serves the constant stream of shoppers moving through Orchard Road. The brand operates numerous locations across Singapore, establishing itself as a reliable option among the proliferation of bubble tea chains competing for market share. For many consumers, KOI represents the baseline quality standard in Singapore's bubble tea landscape.

Visited KOI Centrepoint on 14 Oct for their $1 promotion. While I understand there are only 200 cups per day, it was disappointing that despite having at least three staff members around, none informed those in the queue that the promotion was already fully redeemed. Ended up wasting time queuing for nothing — it felt misleading, as if customers were being led to make normal purchases instead. I gave feedback to the male staff at the counter at 3:22 pm; he just said it was sold out and stayed silent when I pointed out that this was already day 2 of the promotion. Poor communication and customer service.
Emailed on 22 Oct in response to store's request but received no reply...

Damn rude staff ( the girl with tattoo on her right arm). I was the only customer then and yet she so reluctant to served me, maybe because I interrupt her and another staff chit chatting. Black face and impatient tone throughout. Banging on the pots and cup. Will never ever buy from this outlet again.

Did not have a pleasant experience when I was trying to make an order yesterday. When i was making payment, i was informed that there was insufficient money in my Koi E-Wallet and had to ask a Staff on how to pay using my phone. At that moment I forgot the word ’Paynow’ and kept trying to tell her that I would like to pay using a phone app. I understand that i was holding the queue behind me, but the staff was not very helpful as well when she started getting frustrated with me and kept telling me that there is not enough money in the Koi E-wallet to make payment. Things started to get a little ugly when we argued a little and I ended with saying I would like to make a complaint about her for her attitude. The staff then took her name badge out from her apron and put it on the counter and proceeds to ask me to go ahead and make a complaint. She then ended by asking me to take my drink and said ’Go go go. As someone who is also working in the service line I understand that dealing with customers can be tough at times especially when there is difficulty understanding what the customer wants. But there was no need to be rude and shoo me away in such a manner, that does not show professionalism at all.

I'd say the best value milk tea in Singapore. Great customer service and very quick. Clean cups, good seal, sharp straw, great oolong base, chewy golden pearls no grit

Mingmin, Shu Man and Wai Kin at this outlet are always hard at work, very friendly and accommodating to requests. Love how they go the extra mile to provide good service. Chose to revisit this outlet multiple times bc the staff are so warm and kind :)

Tea is nice. Surprised they don't accept Visa/Master card though. The staff is very understanding and friendly.

Has the fresh honey lemon lime juice ($5 per medium sized cup as of Oct 2024) and the staff are friendly and efficient. Thank you 😉 …
