Located next to Ralph Lauren store, small and compact space with their iconic green theme. Only few seats available to dine-in, with 45 minutes seating time. We are lucky to find empty seat for 2. Order their black coffee both hot and ice, it has strong flavor. More nutty and bitter feels afterward. Still acceptable for me.

Came for first-time trial facial. The experience was welcoming, relaxing, and laid back. Face was significantly brighter and toned after the session.

I did the Youthful Eyes Treatment with Jamie recently. She is very professional and makes the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. There is noticeable improvement on the skin around my eyes area. Definitely tightens and reduces the appearance of fine lines.

It is a rejuvenation facial treatment which really helped to control my hormonal acne breakouts as well. The therapist did a great job and explained all the steps clearly. I felt refreshed and my face getting smoother and glowy

Insanely unprofessional service from purported spa manager Doris and her team. We went to redeem our Como voucher before it expires and fulfilled ALL the conditions in the contract, including ‘prior registration’ that is needed, but Doris and team are insistent that I cannot the voucher today simply because they have no appointment slots. I tried to propose many solutions to them, including doing a cheaper treatment or coming back another day, but they were adamant in not providing a solution when it is their fault that they could not fulfill the terms of the contract when I’ve already fulfilled mine. In fact, Doris was extremely condescending throughout our conversation and was being difficult for the sake of being difficult. Not even the slightest attempt was made to try to solve the problem they were creating for me when it was clearly their fault for the terms to be so unclear and for not having anymore slots when my voucher is still well valid. It alarms me how someone like her could remain in the service industry. Seems like a ploy to just let the voucher lapse so that they can wash their hands off. Will be reporting them to authorities for the willful breach of contract.

It’s was my first facial experience with Dr Spa. My beautician was Hui Wen. I love her service. She understood my skin and gave me advice how to take care of my skin. Most importantly, not aggressively. She gave me a friendly demeanor feeling which made me want to come back for treatment again 😃

Very nice and relaxed place for a facial treatment! My first time there and the consultant is very friendly :) the treatment takes 1.5 hour and whole process is relaxing & comfortable! Skin feel refreshed and brighter after the facial. Had the anti-Aging facial treatment I really Iiked it :)

Did a DrSpa® Repair & Rejuvenate Facial Highly recommend to ask for Chloe, Bee Hua. She has magic hand. She did a very comfy facial for me. This includes face massage and shoulder massage. It a facial enjoyable session.

Mei Yi did Gua Sha facial for me today. It took slightly over 1hr. Very relaxing environment and procedure. Beautician was friendly and nice to chat with! No hardselling too. Would recommend this place for sure ;)

Went for the anti dullness facial. It was listed as a 90mins facial. My beautician finished the facial in 60mins. The beautician was very unprofessional and rushed through the facial. When I asked about facials that can help with anti-aging, she didn't seem to know anything either. Very unpleasant experience and I will not recommend anyone to visit.
