I have been seeing Dew on and off in past years for a host of issues - plantar fasciitis, old ankle injury pain, lower back pain etc, and she is always very placid, soothing, and professional in her demeanor. She is knowledgeable and not only employs a number of tools like dry needling, manual therapy, and shockwave machine to help relieve pain at the problem areas, but also educates patients like me on how to move better / correctly as our bodies are always in pain because of mal-alignment. Highly recommend Dew for her often pleasant presence and professionalism.

I have been seeing Dew Low for physiotherapy throughout 2024, and I can sincerely say that she has taught me so much about managing and improving my lower back and knee issues. She has been incredibly patient, always attentive to my needs, and truly dedicated to helping me progress. Her approach is thorough and effective, combining manual therapy, dry needling, and a strengthening program tailored to my condition. Thanks to her guidance, I have learned how to better manage my pain and improve my mobility. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist.

Dr Matt Winter was excellent, very professional and a nice guy. I started of not being able to move my shoulder and with his help in sessions and the exercises provided in a clear manner I’m now back at the gym

Highly recommended! Matthew and his team are experienced, dedicated and friendly. My knee rehabilitation with them was challenging but they always ensured that I was comfortable and that my pain well managed. I saw results fast. No hard selling of rehab equipment or unnecessary services. Clinic is exceptionally clean and spacious with all the latest equipment. Also very convenient and easy to find. They are located at Scotts Medical Centre, 3-5 minute walk from Orchard MRT. They are very popular so do try to book a few days in advance.

I have been seeing Dr. Matthew Winter at Integrative Physio for 4 years now. Dr. Matthew is excellent at accommodating to my needs in the moment of each session (every session is never the same). He is patient and understanding of my conditions throughout the different stages of my recovery and discoveries. He is not forceful in both his treatment and his approach. He allows me to discover things and get recovered step by step at my own pace, yet always making sure that I am on the right track with my work and my progress. Before seeing Dr. Matthew, I had suffered from an unbearable chronic pain for 3 years (from PTSD, chronic fatigue, injuries after injuries, incorrect habit/biomechanical use of the body, and didn’t know that I also had a scoliosis & a condition called hypermobility). I had felt hopeless of living a pain-free life. That started to change when I finally found the flow and the rhythm on how to work with Dr. Matthew. He has been giving me so much hope since then. Even though the hard work to get better is my responsibility, Dr. Matthew has contributed so much to the growth of my well-being. I have been transformed from being hopeless and weak, to becoming empowered, strong and confident as a soon-to-be musician and simply as a human being. Thank you Dr. Matthew for giving me the opportunity to live a pain-free and purposeful life! And also, great thanks to the Integrative Physio's admin team that has always made the communication for the appointment feels secure, easy, and comfortable! Matthew, my physiotherapist, created a calm and safe environment while attending to my pain at a steady, slow pace. I first came in with persistent hip pain that hadn’t improved despite seeing several specialists for over a year. He made space for me to speak about symptoms I had found difficult to name - especially those related to pelvic neuralgia, which felt confusing and isolating. As my symptoms evolved and a deeper diagnosis eventually came to light, I always felt seen and supported. I appreciated both his professional care and the thoughtful, often uplifting conversations that lightened the weight of this experience. Gabriel’s additional shockwave treatments provided welcome temporary relief and were a helpful part of managing my symptoms during the process. The staff at Ralph’s Coffee never fail to impress. On my recent visit (1st Aug '25), the café was full, but the two kind ladies working there went out of their way to help me get a seat. Even though it meant politely managing a situation with others occupying the table I was next in line for, they handled it with so much grace and professionalism. I truly appreciated their kindness and consideration. And of course, the coffee is consistently excellent. Always perfectly made, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Great service, great coffee, great experience every time.

Coffee taste quite normal. Intense black but not much flavours. Very cute decorations and everything look good. Friendly staff.

Ralph's coffee is located at Shaw centre. It is a cosy and small cafe that serves cakes, pastry and its own brand of coffee. Ordered Ralph's coffee (hot) at the price of $6.50. It is a dripped coffee and tasted better than some other coffees available outside. Pairing with earl grey lemon cake is a good recommendation. The pastry and cakes are generally expensive. However, the earl grey lemon cake ($16) is dense and goes well with the lemon butter icing.

Had a great experience at Ralph’s Lauren Café! The service was excellent, especially from the lovely barista named Jovien, who served us quickly and warmly with a great smile and attitude. A big thank you to Jovien for making my first experience at the café such a great one. Definitely will come back again!
