Went for the anti dullness facial. It was listed as a 90mins facial. My beautician finished the facial in 60mins. The beautician was very unprofessional and rushed through the facial. When I asked about facials that can help with anti-aging, she didn't seem to know anything either. Very unpleasant experience and I will not recommend anyone to visit.

Insanely unprofessional service from purported spa manager Doris and her team. We went to redeem our Como voucher before it expires and fulfilled ALL the conditions in the contract, including ‘prior registration’ that is needed, but Doris and team are insistent that I cannot the voucher today simply because they have no appointment slots. I tried to propose many solutions to them, including doing a cheaper treatment or coming back another day, but they were adamant in not providing a solution when it is their fault that they could not fulfill the terms of the contract when I’ve already fulfilled mine. In fact, Doris was extremely condescending throughout our conversation and was being difficult for the sake of being difficult. Not even the slightest attempt was made to try to solve the problem they were creating for me when it was clearly their fault for the terms to be so unclear and for not having anymore slots when my voucher is still well valid. It alarms me how someone like her could remain in the service industry. Seems like a ploy to just let the voucher lapse so that they can wash their hands off. Will be reporting them to authorities for the willful breach of contract.

Had a first time visit to this outlet. I was given the opportunity to experience the Anti-Dullness treatment. Chloe Low attended to me and she kindly explained all the steps and product in which was utilised throughout my 2 hour facial. It was a treat. There was no hard selling as well from the staff. The consultant actually put in a lot of effort in accommodating to my needs. However at the current juncture I was not ready to commit yet. If you’re ever looking to have a restful treatment, do visit this outlet. Will definitely consider bringing my partner here.

It’s was my first facial experience with Dr Spa. My beautician was Hui Wen. I love her service. She understood my skin and gave me advice how to take care of my skin. Most importantly, not aggressively. She gave me a friendly demeanor feeling which made me want to come back for treatment again 😃

First time trying their guasha facial treatment today and it felt comfortable. Chloe was very patient and detailed in clearing my blackheads and pimple, entire session was comfortable and enjoyable.

Enjoyed my facials at drsap palais. My facial therapist Hui Wen is very attentive and makes good recommendations on the type of facial based on my skin conditions. The manager Sandra is also very good in attending to our requests and queries. The staff are very friendly too!
