Highly recommend! The doctor creates a custom treatment strategy for every patient. He really listens to your concerns and tailors the procedure accordingly。

I've been to several aesthetic doctors and I have to say Dr Elias is the most knowledgeable and patient. He takes time to ask questions, do proper analysis before suggesting anything. He is gentle and professional during procedures and is truly concern about the recovery as well. I've recently learnt that he is teaching at University College London (UCL) in the Master of Surgery in Aesthetic Medicine. In other words he is the teacher of many other doctors in this field around the world. I'll highly recommend going to Dr Elias if you want someone at that level, sincere and charging reasonable pricing.

I had a great experience at this clinic for the Gold RF Microneedling treatment. The staff were super friendly, professional, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. The doctor explained everything clearly and was very gentle during the procedure. My skin already feels smoother and more refined after just one session. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and you can tell they really care about their patients. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place that combines effective treatments with top-notch service!

I recently tried the Pico Laser treatment, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I had been struggling with pigmentation and acne scars for quite some time, my skin has already shown noticeable improvements. The procedure was quick, with minimal discomfort, and there was hardly any downtime afterward—just a bit of redness that went away within a few hours. I booked the sultan’s cut package which is 81sgd (as per their web page the sultan’s cut has the following services: consultation, haircut, massage, and wash) it contains massage for the scalp and shoulder … I am just stunned that the massage was never done and the stylist still charged me 81sgd. They have another package that does not conatin massage which is 59sgd only. I still asked the stylist why 81sgd still even if there is no massage done. She told me that the price should still be 81sgd. Instead of arguing, I just leave the premises and promised myself not to comeback there anymore. To be fair, the haricut is good.

Excellent haircut and shave. Been going to Jamie for 6 years now. Fairly no frills decor at Palais for a high end barber but I go there for the quality of workmanship!

I had my first session with Farhan at the Palais Renaissance outlet. It was an excellent haircut. He was very meticulous and patient. He didn't rush the haircut. High attention to detail. Was reminded of my haircut in a great Los Angeles barber. Well worth the cost. I'll be heading back to Farhan. Recommended for those who like barbers who have high attention to detail. Also, gives a great conversation 😊

If you are 10-12 mins late they will not see you because of “next appointment”. Place is absolutely empty. A quick glance at the prices and service and it’s easy to understand why. Plenty other better options.
