A quiet mall tucked in the corner of Tanglin road with several beauty salons, a gym, a child care, clinics, several eateries and a supermarket. You can the Cold Storage here not very big but quieter. It has a Deli selling roasted meats.

I was looking for alternative treatments for my stiff knees and feet which are painful when standing and walking. Tried acupuncture & foot reflexology which were helpful for a few days only. I read good reviews about Pain Clinic @ Wellness Philosophy from people with similar problems & consulted Gabriel. He recommended different therapies suitable for my condition which help reduce inflammation and pain quickly and speeds up recovery. Started therapy with my problematic right knee and was surprised that the inflammation I had for months subsided the next day, even the pain on my foot was almost gone. Also taking a supplement called Physio aid which helps in my recovery. After 5 sessions the pain and stiffness on my legs are greatly reduced and I’m doing follow up exercises and now my joints are much more flexible. Thanks to Gabriel for his help in my recovery process, and am looking forward to completing the remainder of the programme and having a better quality of life.

Gabriel who is founder and key person is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate in providing various physio treatments in a professional way. My right frozen shoulder gain much strength and pain subsided with his closely follow-up treatments. The pulling pain on the carve muscle on my right leg was very much relieved just after one treatment. His ultrasound and shock wave therapy do much wonders .
