Uncle replaced 3 watch batteries @ $15 each. Surprised to see one star reviews as both the staff were nice.

Owner unfriendly. Not willing to help if there is no business for him.

Doesn't allow customers to enter the store to browse, even when empty. Tells you to look from outside instead

Store owner was very rude, gave me a weird look and told me to look at the watches from outside.

Went in to browse like normal but female owner was a rude human asking me to go out. Walk around the corner and the old uncle just stared at me. Honestly with their attitude they should just close down. Watches are old anyway

Old woman would pre-judge customers even before they entered the shop. She was exceptionally rude and not at all interested in having customers in the shop. Wonder how they managed to stay in business all this while. Worst attitude ever, avoid at all costs. Your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

A very nice range of watches. With very nice service as well, bands were adjustedwhilst we paid.. My son & I both bought Seiko 5's I would definitely recommend purchasing here

RUDE, GETTING SHOUT BY THE SHOP OWNER FOR LOOKING AT THE DISPLAY. For context there is only one visitor inside the shop, and none was looking at the window display outside. I went inside the store, hoping to see some unique watches. I make no noise, I don’t touch the display, and i don’t pull out my phone, suddenly the shop owner asked me, “What are you doing”. I answered, “Just looking by the display for watches”. He replied, “Look outside, more watches outside”. I thought as a good gesture, he suggest me to look at the window display at the shopfront where many more watches are at display. I said, “okay sir”, nodding. 10 second passed by, he started to shout at me, “You dont understang huh?! Go outside! if you are here to buy nothing and just looking, my customer cant go in, go outside you dont understand?”. While there is no other customer besides myself and the other person who is already inside. In the end i exit the shop immediately, followed by his only other customer. No big brand AD nor watch dealer have this kind of hospitality. No wonder to see this kind of rating on his shop.

The worst and ridiculous service i have ever encountered! I was looking at the watches quietly, when i was about to leave the shop the old man approached me and said what's the point of looking at the watches with no money to spend on it in a rude manner. He mentioned i was disturbing his operation whereby i didn't ask him any question and there was no customer at the point of time and he chased me out of the shop. I had exchanged with him and told him to put a notice ( enter the shop unless you are ready and willing to spend money). Stay positive.

This shop just for viewing. When I visited the store, I looked outside at all their display cabinets but after not seeing anything interesting I head in to look at more displays inside. Asked for the price of a SKX013 and if i can take a look and the owner gave me a side eye and mumbled something under his breath, I asked again for the price and he raised his voice and said 'If you no money to buy dont come and see' Dont even understand who would spend their money in this store. Even I wanted to also cannot HAAHAH
