A quiet and small shopping centre to escape from the busy Orchard Road. A number of restaurants and spa and other shops are located in this centre. I dined at the California Pizza restaurant. Good selection of wine and Italian food. Slightly overpriced! But very good service.

My doctor was going to do a total knee replacement on both my knees. It was a bone on bone condition. I wanted to avoid surgery. Gabriel took pains to explain the knee anatomy and how the treatment would work. He is very patient and warm and focuses on identifying the root causes. He gives useful tips on exercises and I look forward to each session. The inflammation in my knees has reduced a lot after a few sessions and my contorted muscles are gradually loosening for better mobility. Thank you Gabriel.

The Innate Care Natural Pain Relief Cream works really well. It provides quick relief with a refreshing mint scent and absorbs easily without leaving any residue. A great product for soothing muscle aches! My 2nd purchase. This really helped when I had frozen shoulder issues.

I experienced severe pain while walking and was unable to move at home or visit the nearby shop. I am a solicitor by profession, so the pain incapacitated my ability to go to my office or attend court hearings where I might have to stand or sit for long periods. Small little mall that's off Orchard. Has a massive Cold Storage in the basement, Wine Shop, food spots, coffee shops, and even tailors. There's some parking in the area if necessary. There's a pub if you fancy watching the sports or having a sit down meal. The pub has some reasonable food specials.
