This is my 2nd time going back to Stella and as expected! Ease of worries and amazing piercing experience! Stella remembers me and welcomed me warmly into the shop. My second time doing piercing here in Ngee Ann City branch. Stella is very professional and detailed in her explaination and recommendation. Friendly and not pushy, she made sure I really liked the placement of my piercing before proceeding. the process was not as painful as i had imagine. Both times. excellent service and products.

I was served by Stella at the Ion Orchard outlet, outstanding service, she had a lovely stack of earrings on and it inspired me to get 2 pairs too. She was very helpful and patient and even helped me to sort out an issue with my piercing holes which were closing up. Prices on sale are so affordable for products of great quality. Will definitely be back for more!

Saw this sliver piggy bank in their New York store many many years ago. Very limited edition & only available at The Landmark. Had difficulty trying to describe the item to the frontline salesperson as it’s not listed in their catalog. However, sales professional Lily Chen managed to track it down & shipped it here. Kudos to her for going the extra mile.

Super judgmental salesperson. We were served by a plus-size older woman who schooled me and my friends on the different types of diamonds and jewellery. Demanded our details despite us declining. She gave us a very judgmental look. I thought salespeople were supposed to serve the customers. If you are so well-off, why are you working in the sales industry? Avoid at all cost
