My wife wanted to buy a watch. We found out that there aren’t much options as she was looking for something specific. I think this is the case for many luxury watch brands - lack of stock. Noteworthy was the sales staff. As my wife and I walked out the shop, we couldn’t help but talk about how pleasant and patient she was. Fine, some of you might say, that’s supposed to be how they are. But in reality many aren’t. This particular young lady was so polite, helpful and patient. My regret was I didn’t get her name to put in this review.

Had one the best shopping experience in Cartier Ngee Ann City thanks to Michelle! She is such a great salesperson to work with! She helped me with my purchase by being really patient with my requirements for my engagement proposal ring for my girlfriend/fiancé! Thanks to Michelle great service, we decided to continue with Cartier for our wedding bands! Her service is so good that we will definitely go with her and buy our wedding anniversary gifts with Cartier through her!

The worst experience visiting here on the watch boutique on the second floor, i went into ask if they had Cartier crash watch in store. The staff had us wait for almost 10 minutes walking blindly and when he showed up so i asked for Cartier crash. He had no idea about this watch until i showed the photo to him. He bluntly told me "you will never see this watch in the boutique and you will never never be able to buy it here unless you are the vvvvvvvip spending millions of dollars to get this watch, i suggest you can go back to your country to buy it." What kind of service is this ?? I never experience such thing in my visit to any luxury boutiques before.

My 1st visit at Cartier Ngee Ann City this morning. The team members are genuinely nice, professional, patient and make you feel at ease (not like some of the luxury stores where staff scan you and make you feel uncomfortable :D) Melvin helped me with a gift for my husband. I had a great experience, he was super professional, gentle (not pushy), and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Seivon, and although she was busy attending to another customer when I arrived early, her professionalism was evident. In the meantime, a male colleague, whom I didnt get his name, immediately attended to me and provided exceptional service. Both Seivon and her colleague demonstrated outstanding customer service, ensuring that I felt welcomed and valued throughout my visit. Seivon's knowledge and attention to detail, along with her colleague's prompt assistance and valuable insight, made my experience truly memorable. Their teamwork and commitment to excellence reflect the high standards of Cartier. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and my purchase. Dropped by at this boutique to have a look at a timepiece of my interest and had my name on the waitlist, fast forward about 10 months later, I was contacted by the boutique's SA by the name Rachel on the availability of my timepiece. The entire viewing and purchasing experience had been splendid, was ushered to a private room and served with delicious chocolates and champaigns during the viewing and purchasing process. Rachel was pleasantly chatty and remained contactable for any queries after the viewing and purchase at any time. I truly enjoyed my time in this boutique with its wonderful customer service.

Had a great experience here at Cartier by Irene. She was really approachable and knowledgeable with the product, and her expertise was invaluable in helping make our purchase decision. Greatly recommend this store for a wonderful experience purchasing from Cartier!

I am convinced that this Cartier boutique stands out as the best in all of Singapore, having visited all three stores. I first encountered Michelle last year when I walked in to explore some watches. Fast forward to this year, as I sought a Valentine's cum Anniversary gift, I made my inaugural Cartier purchase. Michelle's service and attention to detail were impeccable. During the purchase, we were treated to champagne and chocolates to celebrate the occasion. She even added a personal touch by giving us a handwritten card. If you visit Cartier NAC, rest assured you'll be in excellent hands with Michelle!

What a warm welcome from the security lady who’s all smiles the moment we stepped in. We were served by Sharon. Excellent service and very skilful in her handling of customers. We didn’t get the typical stuck up service vibes in luxury stores at this outlet. Cartier has done a great job in inculcating the extra touches like in-house champagne and complimentary cleaning kit that add up to the pleasant service experience as a whole. I am impressed.
