The worst experience visiting here on the watch boutique on the second floor, i went into ask if they had Cartier crash watch in store.
The staff had us wait for almost 10 minutes walking blindly and when he showed up so i asked for Cartier crash. He had no idea about this watch until i showed the photo to him. He bluntly told me "you will never see this watch in the boutique and you will never never be able to buy it here unless you are the vvvvvvvip spending millions of dollars to get this watch, i suggest you can go back to your country to buy it."
What kind of service is this ?? I never experience such thing in my visit to any luxury boutiques before.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Cartier Singapore (Takashimaya), and much of it was thanks to Irene.
My partner and I took a very long time choosing our wedding bands, as we both had quite specific (and different) criteria. Throughout the entire process, Irene was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured.
What we really appreciated was her insight, not just into the aesthetics of the rings, but also their functionality for daily wear. She helped us think through practical considerations we hadn’t fully considered, while still respecting our personal styles. One thing she said that really stayed with us was that we must be happy with what we purchase first, and that mindset made the decision feel genuinely meaningful.
Irene also created an amazingly pleasant shopping experience overall. She anticipated our needs and offered help even before we had to ask, which made us feel very well taken care of. On top of that, the Christmas activities in the boutique were the icing on the cake and added a lovely festive touch to an already special visit.

We initially just wanted to browse, but Boutique Supervisor Per Kwee Khim gave us such a wonderful experience. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable in explaining the different jewellery pieces, which made it easy for us to understand and appreciate them. He also shared about the design of the boutique, explaining how each Cartier outlet in Singapore is styled differently, with this one inspired by Singapore’s identity as a Garden City — a detail we found very interesting. On top of that, he was warm and easy to connect with, which made the whole experience enjoyable. We eventually purchased a beautiful Juste un Clou bracelet, and we’re very happy with our experience. We’ll definitely be back again!
