On the 25th, around 7–8 PM, I visited the store to view two perfumes and requested to test them. When I asked for the prices, the female staff member only gave me a quick reply ($445 and $450) and immediately turned to attend to a new customer who had just entered, leaving me no chance to ask further questions. This made me feel ignored and disrespected, resulting in a very unpleasant experience.
I cannot help but wonder if we were treated differently simply because we were dressed in shorts and slippers. In contrast, at YSL and Chanel, the staff provide professional and respectful service regardless of appearance, which makes shopping a truly pleasant experience. I often make purchases there because of their excellent service — I am happy, and so are they. Unfortunately, I did not feel the same level of professionalism at your store.

went there yesterday 27/12/2024, there were two staff there. Let me tell you that if PDM's website ships to SG I would not be there at all. nobody helped me, I had to go up to the counter (the guy looking very judgy) and tell them I wanted Delina Exclusif for them to ring me up. I was ready to purchase Delina La Rosée , Oriana and Valaya, but given the service, I would rather just buy them when I go to Manhattan in Feb. 🤷♀️

I got the Ex Nihilo’s Fleur Narcotique, the Extrait de parfum version. You cannot miss to try this sweet and beautiful scent. Ex Nihilo is fabulous and gorgeous house of niche perfume.

I visited the perfume shop yesterday at arn 2pm with my mom, and although we didn't make a purchase, I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Nira. We were specifically looking for the palatine, Athalia Valaya in a travel size, but unfortunately, it was unavailable..However, Nira's incredible politeness, friendliness, and respect made our browsing experience truly enjoyable..Her kindness and attentiveness are a rare find, and I felt compelled to express my gratitude..The shop's beautiful design was also a lovely touch..
