Terrible service. Asked for a new piece but sales assistant who goes by the name “Natalie Ho” insist that display piece is new piece. She just can’t understand display is not new ? Ask if there’s new piece she say yes but display is also new. What a joke. At the time of pandemic, how can you insist to sell display piece only? If your earring is $4 then I understand display price only. Mind you earring here is $50. 10 times of normal shop and you display such terrible service ? Last time I’m buying here

Designs are unique and I don't seem to see similar designs elsewhere. nice store to browse for special earrings, though prices are slightly on the higher side.

The earrings are made in Japan and have a wide range of surgical steel n stainless steel. Sonia is super helpful in explaining the different materials n suitability.

Love their Japanese dainty accessories. It’s from Hiroshima and their sterling accessories doesn’t get tarnished! I highly recommend :)

Nice store layout. Have lots of variety of accessories to select from and the staff are very courteous. Highly recommended to pop by if you are at Ngee Ann City to take a look at their store. Don't forget to sign up as their members to appreciate the offers they provide..

Nice designs, but the quality is lacking. After a few wears, the matte coating started peeling off the earrings, and further scratches have left the metal plating coming off as well. The earrings were not treated harshly, so this level of wear and tear is extremely disappointing.

Boyfriend’s Perspective: Newly opened Japan earrings shop in Takashimaya. Design are minimalistic and clean - conforming to Japanese design style. Prices are on the higher side. Lots of selection.

Bought a beautiful pair of earrings of which one of the clasp broke (my error). Celeste was so kind and helpful in getting me a replacement. Very impressed by her thoughtfulness and effort, truly appreciate it!

Was there on 7th May in the afternoon. I was in the shop for 10min and the staff don't event bother to greet nor serve. She was constantly on her ear pc talking. When I called her, she came over unwillingly and still on her ear pc and waiting the person which she is on the phone with to wait. When I asked for recommendation, what she did is more like u see yrself lor. Very bad experience. My hubby bought 2 pairs of earrings there and I went to exchange, I won't ever buy anything from this shop anymore. Quality also not good. The earrings suppose to be able to loop but on my ear but the design makes it unable to hook at all yet not allowed to try and already bought home. With high price, not so gd quality and bad service, totally a nono.
