Nice designs, but the quality is lacking. After a few wears, the matte coating started peeling off the earrings, and further scratches have left the metal plating coming off as well. The earrings were not treated harshly, so this level of wear and tear is extremely disappointing.

Was there on 7th May in the afternoon. I was in the shop for 10min and the staff don't event bother to greet nor serve. She was constantly on her ear pc talking. When I called her, she came over unwillingly and still on her ear pc and waiting the person which she is on the phone with to wait. When I asked for recommendation, what she did is more like u see yrself lor. Very bad experience. My hubby bought 2 pairs of earrings there and I went to exchange, I won't ever buy anything from this shop anymore. Quality also not good. The earrings suppose to be able to loop but on my ear but the design makes it unable to hook at all yet not allowed to try and already bought home. With high price, not so gd quality and bad service, totally a nono.

Visited the Taka store today and it was clear that the service staff had poor product knowledge. I asked her what the earrings were made of, and what plating (regular gold plating? vermeil?) they are, and she said they are nickel-free. Okay.. but then what are they made of and plated with that makes them nickel-free? She pulls up a link to the website that says the exact same thing - so it became evident that she didn't really know what those terms meant. Ultimately, they have unique designs but the lack of info and lack of confidence in the quality of the products (especially for the price point they were commanding) meant I didn't purchase anything.

Just bought an earring 2 weeks ago and the sparkling encased has fell off. Terrible workman ship. Not cheap at all and perform so much worse.

Terrible customer service. Went to the shop when it was very free. My friends and I were looking through the earrings in the shop at Taka. We took out 1 earring out of the plastic holder to put beside our ears to see how it’ll look on us. After that, we tried to put it back but we had trouble. It was so obvious we were struggling but the staff on that day did not offer a single help in any way. She just stood there and stared at us struggling for like a good 3 mins. In another case, my friend asked what material the earrings is and she did not give a proper explanation, so unfazed by it.

Pretty shop with many unique and dainty designs. Pleasant transaction with staff on duty. Reccomended if you're looking for unique designs for your ears.

Designs are unique and I don't seem to see similar designs elsewhere. nice store to browse for special earrings, though prices are slightly on the higher side.

The earrings are made in Japan and have a wide range of surgical steel n stainless steel. Sonia is super helpful in explaining the different materials n suitability.
