Usually I will purchase from Ion outlet but today I bought from the Takashimaya counter and happy with their services. Beauty Manager Ira is very helpful and knowledgeable about her products. Thumbs up and I will purchase from her again.

I went in to ask to book for a make over at takashymaya YSL. The girls were very unfriendly and seemed unwilling to cooperate. I will never try to book a makeover at YSL again. BTW I went just next door to Dior and the girls were super nice and booked my makeover immediately. The result was stunning!

The girl who work on 21.03.2023 Tuesday 5:10pm at takashimaya serve me half way and there is another lady came in she ask me wait and served her.I was asking question half way. What a rude sales girl
