I went in to ask to book for a make over at takashymaya YSL. The girls were very unfriendly and seemed unwilling to cooperate. I will never try to book a makeover at YSL again. BTW I went just next door to Dior and the girls were super nice and booked my makeover immediately. The result was stunning!
