Hi Meena here. This is yet another vibrant and lovely studio. It has a lovely alcove outside where you can chill before and after classes and a beautiful yoga studio as well as reformer studio. Highly recommended!

Tried Reformer Pilates here for the first time. It’s good! The trainer got us to work on core, shoulders and legs using the reformer machine, with progression options. The trainer also got us to work on various stabilising muscles which is great because I feel it’s needed for good mobility through life and it’s often neglected due to a more sedentary lifestyle. The studio was nice, clean and well maintained 😊

Went to their Orchard studio and was really impressed by their hospitality and warmth. Nice new cozy studio. Alex, the studio manager was really friendly, she was really taking time to show me around the new space and also took the time to talk to me about the packages and what Within got to offer. Love the vibe and ambiance. Looking forward to more class there.

Pilates studio is smaller and reformer slightly shorter compare to Katong studio. Shower facility & lockers available. Overall a nice cozy space in Orchard for a quick Pilates workout!

Tried a class at Within Pilates at Lululemon Orchard and honestly, I like it. The studio is small and compact but well-designed. It’s got that “hidden gem” vibe: clean and calming The instructors were warm and attentive, and the flow felt thoughtful without being intimidating. Great spot if you’re looking for a quick, focused session in the middle of town. Cute space, solid workout. I’ll definitely be back.
