No staff in Taka outlet on a Wed afternoon. I waited for almost an hour and they told me the promoter is gone. Several customers need service but no one is around. Lots of lost sales for sure!!

Staff is very impatient and not professional. And all the luggage have no price tag on it. When asking the staff, he just answer it impatiently and don’t even offer any helps and share more information.

During my visit, I encountered a middle-aged female staff member whose manner of speech was notably dismissive and snobbish. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting a pleasant shopping experience.

An antenna shop that specialize in food & many other products from Ishikawa Prefectural. It’s located right next to the escalators in front of Genki Sushi which is closed for renovation from August 2024 to February 2025.

🟨 The Flavours of Ishikawa shop at Ngee Ann City B2 level is an antenna shop that showcases the best products of Ishikawa. 🔵 This small store ( situated by the side of the escalator) sells an array of unique Ishikawa products = that range from local delicacies, sake produced exclusively in Ishikawa, to traditional handicrafts, snacks, senbei, confectionery and even ice cream. ✳️ My Australian friends came by last year to Singapore and I bought them two pairs of beautiful Ishikawa-made chopsticks ( as seen in the pics) as souvenir gifts for them.
