The Eating Shrimp
6th Dec 2022: Crab Cream Croquette. The inside was more liquid-like than expected, but the crab flavour was rich and prominent. 13 Jan 2023: Slipped my mind to take a photo but their mentaiko snack is nice! It’s a little bit spicy so has a nice kick.

Love the spicy Sesame kaisendon so much. It's really value for money for the price paid. Server who helped was very friendly too.

Great snack to kill the immediate hunger, I always get one of it when I was near Takashimaya. Always get crab cream. This time wanna try something different and bought avocado egg

After patronizing from their main outlet in Tanjong Pagar for years, today is the last straw. I would never buy from Teppei again. I bought the signature kaisendon from the Takashimaya outlet and the portion of the sashimi is so little. Pathethic to be honest for a bowl that cost SGD 16. The staff told me they weigh the fish (which i did not see them doing) for each of the bowl but you dont need a weighing machine to see how little the portion is compared to last time. It is a really sad amount of sashimi scattered over the rice.

🟨 Teppei Syokudo ( kiosk) B2 level at 391 Orchard Road Takashimaya Food Hall, Ngee Ann City, Singapore 238873 ■ In the past, Teppei Syokudo used to sell unagi-don ( grilled eel rice bowl) at this Takashimaya kiosk. 🟦 Details: ● I queued and waited for approx 8 mins for my Unadon at Teppei Syokudo's kiosk at B2 level Food Hall at Takashimaya Dept Store. 🟦 In past years, there was a special unagi bento set at SGD15.80 at this Takashimaya Teppei Syokudo kiosk. ✅️ For takeaways only. 🟧 Besides rice bento takeaways, this kiosk also sells all kinds of Japanese croquettes. Their croquettes are really delicious, crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft inside.
