I had a great experience with Ivan Low! His skills were very professional, and he gave me the haircut and styling exactly the way I wanted. He’s super friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I also appreciated the useful tips he shared on how to maintain healthy hair. Excellent customer service! ✂️✨

If you’re looking for a place to colour and cut you hair, this is it. I had about two inches of black roots, too many strands of white hair and frizzy, bleached ends. Delos (whom I highly recommend) designed a colour that not only blended out the dark roots and white hairs, but that would also “grow in” nicely as she knows I won’t be able to touch-up for months. I absolutely loved the result. Love love love. Carmen is another gem. She gave me a cut that brought life back to my hair, and a blow out that lasted for FOUR DAYS. Insane. Thank you so much, Delos and Carmen!

Anna has been highlighting my hair for more than 25 years. It is time to face the reality that I am having more white hair, rather than trying to cover them up, it is better to blend them in with lighter colors. This way when new white hair appears you don’t freak out when you see them! This approach gives my hair a healthy sun kissed natural look. Anna, after more than 25 years this review is long overdue. Long overdue post, but I brought in a bag for repair and after waiting in line for about 30 minutes, I was attended to by a friendly staff member, who then proceeded to check my purchase history, and even though it had been several years since I bought the bag, they fixed it for free! Even though it took a while to be fixed (a few months), it was absolutely fine with me. When I came to collect the bag, I waited in line again, and both times I was treated like a paying customer. For those saying they have to queue etc. even though they had bought from Goyard before, why would you think others have not, and why would you expect preferential treatment?

I had the honour of Linus assisting me in my visit. Linus immediately greeted me as I walked in and offered assistance with a smile and infectious enthusiasm. He quickly found me everything I was looking for (I had a mental list), and the purchase process couldn’t be smoother. Linus also provided me with information about other products and some history on the brand which I am always interested in hearing. I purchased four items today. Thank you to Linus and I will be back again. Excellent customer service!

I've been to many Goyard stores around the world, and whenever I walk in, the staff always seems upset. Who knows—maybe they think no one is buying anything, or whatever the reason. I don't know if they get commission or are paid hourly, so I get the feeling of being a waste of time. But yes, I love the brand and will always support it. It wouldn't hurt them to smile, though! I’d like to compliment Jia Jun for his wonderful service. He was very friendly, soft-spoken, and patience with all my questions. The whole transaction was smooth and hassle-free — really appreciated it! The rest of the staff were also friendly and attentive when we walked in, which made the experience even better. I just had one small doubt: after I got home, I noticed that the receipt mentioned “assisted by” Karen..not Jia Jun. I’m not sure if that’s just a system thing, but thought I’d check in case there was a mix-up. Thanks again for the great service!

Back in Sept 2024, came down 2x within a week to purchase a few bags for my wife and a trolley luggage for myself. Delighted with the service from Abdillah. Patiently assisted us on both occasions. When I came back end of the year to get it repaired things seemed to get worse. Abdillah is no longer around thus couldn't make an appointment, and had to queue. We had to fly in from Australia to collect this! They don't seem to recognize/appreciate returned clients. The repair service had some hiccups. No regular updates, and even on my recent visits to collect the luggage, service was way below par. Till today I still had to text Abdillah who is no longer with the brand to assist me. Think the company indeed let go of a reliable/valuable staff.

Goyard nowdays don’t repair the bag if you don’t keep the recepti which is ridiculous unless is fake I can understand cause when you received as a gift do y ask the person for the receipt and they accept the repair and email me say that they can’t accept the repair cause there is no receipt provided and seriously if your bag colours faded after two years then what should I do right,never ever buy goyard again and stupid policy
