I rarely write Google reviews, but so far I’ve had my best shopping experience with VCA in this branch (Ngee Ann City). All the SAs in the store are very friendly and have been super helpful to assist me. Very grateful for Eliz who worked in Ngee Ann City branch. Her product knowledge is truly magnificent, and she has a wonderful taste as well! which makes her recommendation very appealing to me 😊 Overall, I’m a happy customer because I scored various beautiful pieces from VCA in this store. 10/10 would recommend on getting your VCA from Ngee Ann City branch 💯

I was served by the sa Gabrielle Lim, who is very nice and attentive. I bought the 10 motifs onyx which is availabe at the store. This is the oldest VCA store in SG. The small bottle of champagne was a gift from VCA.

I had the best experience ever at Van Cleef & Arpels (Takashimaya outlet), all thanks to my fantastic SA, Eliz!! She was super friendly, patient and explained everything so clearly. Her product knowledge is amazing and she made my first purchace feel so special and exciting! I left the boutique absolutely happy and I am already looking forward to coming back for more in the future!

Visited the Takashimaya outlet on Sun afternoon (30 Nov). Few points below explaining why we are unlikely to visit this outlet again in the short run. My wife was indecisive and this resulted in the salesperson making a few trips behind to retrieve the jewellery. One time when he was going behind, he told his colleague that we were making him "走上走下” = we are inconveniencing him. -Talked in a dismissive tone - my guess is because we did not dress wealthy. -Asked about the prices of a few items and he said the prices are exactly the same as the prices shown online. Sorry, we do not have perfect memory. -I asked for his name card before we left so that we could look for him next week when we make the purchase and he rejected and said we could look for any of his colleagues + the items we are purchasing are small items (our budget for 四点金 was not big but also not small). Given the snobby customer service, we will be visiting other VCA outlets / other brands.

The quality of the clothing does not match the price. Their dress is poorly made with bad stitching and tons of loose threads. I sincerely suggest that instead of pouring money into Facebook and Instagram ads, you should focus on how to IMPROVE THE QUALITY of your clothing.

I love shopping here cause the store is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The staffs were nice, approachable, and fun to talk with. Whenever you go to Singapore, make sure to visit here!

Delightful afternoon at cafe inside Editor's Market - it was nice and quiet at 2pm....but be prepared for crowd to start building after 3pm even though it is a weekday ( must be the year-end holiday) Also note, cannot use Paylah to pay: cash or credit card only.

Doesnt seem like the operating hours are reflected accurately. Was in store about 9.30pm but was denied the use of the fitting room and no one seem to want to assist. I am aware that the store was closing soon, so was picking up my pace and wanted to try a piece i was eyeing and get out. But all retail staff were just focused on closing ignoring any customer in store. I walked out with no purchase. Subsequently they were also closing the glass doors at 9.40pm. A little disappointing.

VERY RUDE EXTREMELY BAD MANNER customer service! I came in happily wanting to try some clothes but I was holding on a grocery, I politely asked a basket to put the clothes I wanted to try and a corner to put my grocery because my hands were full (of-course I knew it would be totally my responsibility). But she was not eager to help from the beginning and then she rolled her eyes!! WOW THE AUDACITY! Isn’t her job is to help/assist the customer?? She was suppose to make a customer easy to shop but instead she just gave her employer this unnecessary BAD REVIEW. Properly Train your team please!

First time shopping and nice clothes. Took one piece to try and the trying room’s junior staff (probably the youngest) who was attending to the waiting queue was super rude. Even my friend doesn’t want to stay any longer in store with this kind of service. Dampen the mood.
